Turney’s Corner, built by a Revolutionary War Veteran in 1827, once was a Cider Mill & part of the Underground Railroad. As a family, we recently completed a ‘down to the bones’ renovation, lovingly preserving the historically significant property while modernizing it. Everything is BRAND NEW! Located 1/2 mile from wineries, golf courses, & a 15-minute walk into Madison Village - central location in a peaceful, country setting. Spire is a 7-minute drive & Lake Erie/GOTL is a 15-minute drive.

The open floor plan is perfect for entertaining and hosting large groups yet cozy enough for a couple's retreat. Turney's Corner is a rural, yet centrally located, 2-acre property that can comfortably accommodate 10 guests with 4 bedrooms (1 king bedroom, 2 queen bedrooms, and a bedroom with 4 twin beds).

The main floor:
-Chef's kitchen with a farmhouse sink, double oven, coffee bar, wine fridge, and everything you'll need for dining in. The large island comfortably seats 6.
-Dining room with a large communal wood dining table that seats up to 12.
-Spacious vaulted living room with an extra large sectional sofa, and accent chairs. Fireplace and smart TV.
-Full bathroom with rainfall shower.
-Mudroom/laundry room with full-size front-loading washer and dryer.
-Bedroom one is extra spacious with a King-size memory foam bed, plush chair with ottoman, garment rack, and dresser with mirror.

The second floor:
-Bedroom two with Queen-size memory foam beds, garment rack, closet, dresser, and a smart TV.
-Bedroom three with FOUR single beds (two are trundles), dresser, mirror, closet.
-Bedroom four with Queen size memory foam beds, garment rack
-Full bathroom with double vanity, deep soaking tub, and shower

We provide linens, towels, extra blankets, and pillows. We also provide toiletries, cleaning supplies, a stocked first aid kit, and many extra items you might need or forgot to pack!

If you are traveling with children, we have a high chair and other baby items if needed.

This rental is complete with self-check-in, Wi-Fi, Smart TVs, and central AC and heating.

Outside:
The backyard features a grill (propane or charcoal) and grill utensils provided by the host, outdoor furniture, and a yard that overlooks the woods.
