Madison Lakehouse – Spectacular Sunsets, Triple Lot.

Welcome to The Madison Lakehouse, one of the best vacation rentals on Lake Erie!

This is a fully furnished 4-bedroom, 2.5-bath Spanish style home located on a unique triple lot with over 200 feet of lakefront property. The large property provides mature natural landscaping, tremendous privacy, and breathtaking lake views and sunsets!

The house is equipped with everything you need to enjoy the perfect lake vacation. The large kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and all the equipment you could want to cook the perfect meal. The living room features a gas fireplace, 55-inch Smart TV with surround sound, and 2 sofas including 1 queen sleeper bed. The dining room seats 10 and boasts a perfect view of the lake through its large picture windows.

There are 3 bedrooms on the second floor; including the Master bedroom, one guest bedroom and “Dorm” room. The Master bedroom has a king bed, TV, desk and large walk-in closet. The second upstairs guest bedroom has a queen bed with dresser conveniently located next to the 2nd floor full bath. The “Dorm” room has 3 full beds each with a twin trundle bed below and a TV with DVD player. Additionally, there is a first floor guest bedroom which has a queen size bed and is conveniently located next to the large first floor full bath featuring a stall shower, ceramic tile floor and granite countertop.

Enjoy the magnificent Lake Erie sunsets from the yard or the sun deck by the lake! There is plenty of outdoor seating (both dining and leisure), a propane gas grill and lots of yard space for any outdoor activities or games. The large private yard is great for entertaining, relaxing or enjoying picturesque views of the lake.

The house is within walking distance to Madison Township Park which includes a public beach, boat launch, full outdoor basketball court, sand volleyball court, children’s playground, ice cream shop and several restaurants and bars. There are also several local Wineries in the area including Debonne, Grand River Cellars, Ferrante and Laurentia to name a few plus 3 breweries and 18 covered bridges. You will also find Geneva State Park (with incredible beach) and Marina with fishing charters, Geneva On the Lake (Ohio's oldest resort town), restaurants, shopping, zip line course, escape room and golf courses all within a 15-minute drive.

Madison is just a little under an hour drive to downtown Cleveland with all the sporting events, Museums, Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, Science Center, etc.

This was truly a gem! The house was so nice, clean, and well-equipped, and the large windows facing the lake turned even rainy indoor days into a lake experience.The property really had everything, and we ended up spending more time just hanging out at the house than we had initially planned. Even though the house isn’t advertised as having a beach, swimming was no problem—the kids (ages 7–15) spent hours daily in the water and on the paddleboards. A parent bonus was the lovely vineyard right next door, with excellent food and wine.A big thanks as well to Laurie, who was the most attentive and considerate host. This is truly a 10/10 rental that we warmly recommend for any season!

Our family came up to celebrate Thanksgiving. The house is stunning and it is so well equipped in the kitchen, that we didn’t need half the things that we brought. The cleanliness is outstanding! Pittsburgh Girls' Weekend

WE LOVED THIS HOUSE! Simply beautiful inside and out. Very comfortable and well stocked. Best kitchen ever! Beds were comfy and cozy. The huge dining room was perfect for the 6 of us to play cards and games. Luckily we were able to enjoy the awesome dock even in late October and early November. We can only imagine how great it must be on a summer's evening. Will definitely like to stay again.

Fantastic Stay!

Our girls' weekend at this lakefront property exceeded all expectations! The home was clean, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen had all the essentials you would have in your own house. There were two good-sized sitting areas, one with a gas fireplace and the other overlooking the lake, perfect for relaxing with a morning coffee or a quiet evening after a day of exploring. The location was ideal—walking distance to a winery, park, and other local establishments, but yet in a very peaceful neighborhood. The host was incredibly responsive and provided clear instructions for check-in and check-out, making the entire process hassle-free. We particularly loved the outdoor space and the multiple seating areas. There was a large patio set, oversized picnic table, and multiple lounge chairs. Steps down took you to an elevated deck on the water with another set of chairs and lounge chairs. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a cozy and well-maintained place to stay. We will definitely be staying here again on our next trip!

We had such a wonderful time in this beautiful home! SO CLEAN! So well furnished and the beds were excellent! Perfect

Even before the stay, communication with the owner helped us know what to expect. When we arrived, check-in could not have been easier. The property itself is beautifully maintained, perfectly situated, and well stocked with the necessities you need during your stay. Our family gathered here to watch the total eclipse, and had the magical experience of watching it from the lakeside deck/dock. We will never forget the eclipse, nor how lucky we were to stay at this rental.

Girls weekend for 7 from OH, FL & GA. The property, location & view were AMAZING!!! Very, very clean, well stocked with everything you could ever need. My siblings & I all grew up enjoying lake living. We rent the home out to share our love of the lake with our extended family and guests.

Our parents rented homes in Geneva and Madison. Our father also vacationed in the Madison area with his family growing up. We rented the home 2 doors down when our mother walked the shoreline and fell in love with the spanish style home on this huge lot. A few years later our parents purchased the home.

Sitting on three lots, this home has a very large yard with an incredible view of the lake. The home also sits on a hill so you are elevated over the lake which makes watching the water and the sunsets really amazing. The spanish style home with white stucco walls and red tile roof are very unique. The home is also very close to a boat ramp at Madison Township Park which makes launching boats and jet skis very convenient. The home is also close to Geneva with a Marina, beach, restaurants and plenty of fun attractions.

The inside of the home was completed renovated in 2010 providing a modern and very comfortable home for year round enjoyment.
