I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you experienced during your stay. I was not aware that the gate code wasn’t working, as I didn’t receive a call or message about it at the time. I’d appreciate understanding how you were able to access the property so I can ensure this doesn’t happen again in the future. I also noted that you mentioned your husband was able to fix the internet, while I had already arranged for someone to address it. I truly appreciate your patience, and I’m sorry for any disruption this may have caused. I always strive to be responsive and attentive to my guests, which is why I was surprised by your review, especially since you had shared during your stay that everything was great. I understand how this can impact the overall experience, and I appreciate your patience as the community completes these improvements. The good news is that the work is nearly finished, and the pool area will soon be a wonderful amenity for all guests. Regarding the surrounding construction, the Ritz-Carlton Residences is indeed a major project in the area. While it brings some temporary noise and traffic, its presence also adds tremendous long-term value to the neighborhood. Fortunately, our bay view remains completely unobstructed, and the beach is just a couple of minutes away for a peaceful retreat. We truly appreciate your stay and your comments, they help us continue improving.
