This cozy beach cottage located on 21st Avenue provides for a quiet stay and easy access on and off of Isle of Palms. The central island location allows for walking to the beach, restaurants, grocery store, and shops. Relax in the evenings in the private backyard while enjoying the spacious screened porch with swing and daybed. This is the perfect family cottage with close access to one of the Southeast's Top Beaches, Historic Downtown Charleston, world-class golf, fishing and recreation. The Isle of Palms Marina and Marina Store is located a short three miles away with a boat launch and can provide guided fishing trips, boat rentals, or a sunset cruise.
From the moment you enter "Seas The Day" beach cottage, you will know that you have found paradise. The floor plan is perfect with a large living room as you enter the house. Adjacent to the living room is the kitchen which includes a bar area and flows into the spacious dining area. The French double doors from the dining area open to the screened back porch where you can enjoy the cool ocean breezes on the swing or daybed. The daybed converts into a king size bed for that night you want to sleep in 'nature' without those troublesome bugs! Bedrooms provide privacy and include bedding and linens. One of the two sofa's in the living area is a Queen Sleeper Sofa. There is an outdoor shower with hot and cold water connections.
This home allows for one dog with pet fee of $50.

'This house is so perfect. We live in Florida but rent houses frequently on the island throughout the year for work. We have rented some really large and fancy houses on the island but this house is my favorite. Its small but would be perfect for a couple or small family. Its location is perfect. Its close to the grocery store and many restaurants. It is within a short walk to the beach and has a little shower outside the side door to rinse off the sand. It has a nice fire pit out front and my wife and daughter loved the back porch, which is screened in and has a day bed and a swing. The house had plenty of towels and even beach chairs and toys. It was very cozy and clean. We will definitely stay here again and would give it more stars if we could.'
