Gut: Check-in, Kommunikation, Lage und Genauigkeit des Onlineauftritts
Communication was good, check in process was good. They didn’t have adequate cooking equipment to accommodate a large family, the equipment they had was dirty. I had to go out and buy cooking equipment. They had no baking supplies, no large skillets etc…., They didn’t furnish anything not even salt, pepper, or sugar for the coffee. I had to buy dish detergent caus the container was empty that they furnished, they had detergent for the dish washer but if you just needed to wash one or two items you had nothing to wash them with. The house was shaking, I thought my husband was kidding when he said the bed was moving but it really was, and when my children said their beds was moving and my daughter said the shower door was moving that’s when I knew it was really moving. It was a little warm there so we had to turn on the AC, well the unit is right outside of the master bedroom window where my husband and I slept, every time it came on there was a loud humming noise it was making which disturbed our sleep. We wanted to do a bike ride because they advertised they had bikes there but we couldn’t access them because the key didn’t fit the lock. I don’t know if I can post pictures but I made a video of the shower door shaking and of the dirty cooking utensils.
