It comes fully furnished (bedroom/living room, kitchen/bathroom) with a modern coastal-theme and is equipped with very high-speed internet/WIFI, premium cable, and latest tech (2x flat-screen Samsung TVs, soundbar/home theatre) along with Netflix/HBO subscriptions. Just bring yourself, your summer clothes and leave the stress/cold weather/drama behind.

This place is our home is designed to make you feel at home yet be on vacation at the same time - whether you are looking to relax or be able to work remotely or both. Oh and you can get one dedicated parking spot for your car too.

The building is called Belaire on the Ocean. and offers access to the beach, an outdoor pool with Hot-Tub, fitness center, BBQ area, ping pong & billiard table , along with Business Center for you to use. This area has all the restaurants and conveniences nearby. - there's a UPS Store right across the street,. a Publix grocery, Walgreens, along with numerous bakeries and restaurants within walking distance . If you have kids and being right on the beach is not enough, there's small park (Allison Park) right next to the building as well. The area is super safe and lively (not in the crazy south beach way). You are also 10 mins from South beach, 15-20 mins away from Brickell/Miami downtown or 20-25 mins away from Miami International Airport.

Please note, this is a 30 day minimum rental and you will have to sign a short-term rental agreement and a background check. There's a security deposit for the use of common areas that will be placed/released directly with the building (everyone has to do it) - its to make sure everyone is well behaved and for your own pleasant experience.
