Thank you for your feedback. Pool and beach services in most Florida resorts close at 6pm. I would guess insurance/liability reasons, mixed in with residents that live facing the pool not wanting to be bothered by noise.

Dear David, I’d like to address your recent comments regarding the floor and other aspects of your stay. Please note that at no point during your stay did you report any issue with the floor. Our cleaning crew is always on shift and can typically respond within minutes of any complaint. If we had been informed, we would have gladly taken care of the issue right away. As for the other points you've raised, all of the charges and services were clearly stated in the listing prior to your reservation. For clarity, here’s the relevant section: Resort Fee: $40 per day TAX Valet Parking Cost: 1 to 7 days: $35 per day 8 to 30 days: $30 per day Security Deposit: $250 TAX – refunded to your credit card upon check-out. The release of funds typically takes 7–10 business days, depending on your bank. Beach Service Includes: 2 lounge chairs 1 umbrella 4 towels These are standard policies across condo hotels, designed to keep things organized and transparent for all guests. If these terms were not acceptable to you, there was no obligation to proceed with the booking. That said, we always aim to provide a positive experience and would have welcomed the opportunity to resolve any concerns during your stay.
