Settle on the plush furniture to curl up with a good book or take in a movie on the large TV. Prepare grand meals and on-the-go snacks in the full kitchen, equipped with stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar. For those who need to stay connected, a dedicated workspace is available so you can take your work with you remotely. With four beds, there's more than enough room for everyone to get a great night's sleep from the day's activities, as well as bathe in luxury with some roomy shower/tub combos and a lovely walk-in shower. Riverside County regulations prohibit any "party" lighting (outdoor luminaires shall not blink, flash, or rotate) and will hold guests/Vacasa liable for any "light trespass" on surrounding properties.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
