4 Bedroom Hollywood Oasis With Heated Pool

This home is a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom Home with a living room and family room. There is also a second family room that is considered a 4th bedroom with a sofa bed. If you would like to see the 4th bedroom to determine what it looks like please feel free to send me a message and I will gladly send you a picture.

*RULES*

A few rules to follow to make your stay here at the oasis enjoyable. NO PARTIES WHATSOEVER. No smoking inside the house. No loud music, please respect the neighbors. Upon check in, a valid ID needs to be presented in the name of the person who made the reservation. NO EXCEPTIONS. No street parking or parking on the grass. No more then 3 cars on premises. Maximum guests allowed is 6 unless approved by host.
No seafood cooking inside the house. If you use the BBQ please clean it after using. Violation of any of these rules will result in immediate removal from the property without refund.

*POOL HEATER*
The pool does have a heater that can be used for an additional $35 a day. It must be booked prior to your arrival and also for the entire duration of your stay. The heater takes 24hrs to heat so please consider booking a day prior to your arrival so it can be nice and warm when you arrive. Please message me for additional information if needed. NON -REFUNDABLE

*IMPORTANT INFORMATION*
* Check out is at 10 AM. For every 15 minutes after check out there will be a $25 charge due to the fact that the Cleaning company charges me for every minute they have to wait.

* Excessive Cleaning fee will be $150 and that will be for the picking up of bottles and cans as well as trash that has not been taken out. The normal cleaning fee that you pay for in your reservation is for sanitation of bedrooms and bathrooms, as well as changing bedsheets, sweeping and mopping and cleaning and sanitation of common areas.

* Smoking Fee & Seafood Smell is $250

* BBQ cleaning fee is $35 this ensure each reservation has the ability to have the satisfaction that the grill will be cleaned, as well as equipped with propane if used.
