Major vacation of 30 people from 4 yrs old to 70s. I had the "quiet house" with the grandmas and the grandpas. Suited us just fine. Maybe would have liked a 2nd couch/sitting area in the house.

Family trip

The house was amazing we had a few problems which it says in the description of the house and the pool that it has an automatic heating on it that starts at 7:00 a.m. and ends at 7:00 p.m. which was a lie we had to clean the pool ourselves only two eyes on the stove top words and once you start calling talking to the the property manager they might text you back one time but if you take them back again no response we were there from Thursday to Sunday and only got response from him only one day nice place just need some upkeep and probably a better property manager

Cost was not quality I expected.

Pool was not ready for us. No paper towels, dish towels, wash cloths, hand towels,ice or ice cube trays. Coffee pot not clean, spiderwebs in bedrooms, very hard to get out of drive on one way street with blockage of sight by trees.owner did come to get vacuum out of pool but did not seem to take pride in property and help with things we have always had in VRBO stays. I was nervous the whole time about us being responsible if toilet stopped up and paying big bucks if we had plumbing issues.

Fantastic place to stay!

The house was spotless and very comfortable, showing real attention to detail. The pool was amazing – clean and equipped with comfortable loungers for relaxing in the sun. We especially loved having a grill on-site; we enjoyed barbecue evening that really added to the experience. The location was super convenient as well, with all the main attractions and shops nearby, so everything was easily accessible. I would also like to thank the property managers. They were very responsive and attentive. Our check-in was supposed to be at 4pm as per the check-in rules. But we were allowed to do it much earlier, which was convenient considering our early arrival. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located home.

The worst experience

We rented this house from VRBO for a week and it was the worst experience we've ever had. The house was horrible and not even clean at all. The pool was dirty, and there were insects and ants everywhere, even on the beds. The beddings wasn't clean, and there was dust everywhere. We had to clean it ourselves. To make matters worse, we found mouse poop on one of the beds. The towels were old and overly used, the sofas were dusty and unclean, and the microwave and stove barely worked. The grill wasn't functioning, and the host didn’t provide gas for it. The outdoor shower was also out of order. We essentially had to clean everything ourselves. When we tried to contact the host about our concerns, she asked us to leave, which wasn't an option as we have a disabled child and other kids, making it impossible to find another place on short notice. After that, she gave us a hard time and was unresponsive. The house needs A LOT of cleaning and renewing so of the furnitures and machinesI would never recommend it to anyone. We've never experienced anything like this before. Avoid this property at all costs!

Great communication

We had a few maintenance issues during our stay but the property manager was really great about having them repaired same day. Communication was very good. Only concern was an ant problem in the house. I suggested they get the property professionally treated.

Romantic Hollywood Villa- Great stay!

We had a great stay at this property! The owner was very communicative and accommodating. The property was perfect for us, close to everything, and the pool was so nice and secluded. I'd strongly recommend staying here!

Beautiful Home in Quiet Neighborhood

Enjoyed our stay, beds are super comfortable, house was very clean as well. Located in a quiet neighborhood close to pretty much everything. Host is very communicative and provided all the info we needed to arrive and enjoy our stay. Would definitely recommend.

We arrived ahead of schedule. The owner was so kind that he allowed us to check in earlier than expected. It was a great start to a wonderful holiday.
