Welcome to A Perfect Landing! This state-of-the-art 1100 square foot, professionally designed cabin which offers all of the modern luxuries so you can relax and unwind in beautiful Broken Bow.

Amazing Location! Minutes from the best attractions in Hochatown and Beaver's Bend State Park. Set on a spacious acre lot, surrounded by towering pine trees, the cabin features a warm & inviting living area, spa-inspired bathroom & a cozy bunk bed nook.
Provided amenities on site include:
coffee, coffee filters, trash bags, paper towels, dishwasher soap, kitchen sponges, laundry detergent, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash & hairdryer.
Guests are required to sign a rental agreement and provide photo ID within 48 hours of booking.
Guests will have access to the host via communication on mobile device. The host will not be onsite but available for support and questions.
A Perfect Landing is located in the brand new Sunrise Ridge Development. Just minutes from some of the newest and best attractions in Hochatown such as 'The Yard', Naamans BBQ, Grateful Head Pizza and Girls Gone Winery. The cabin is tucked away on a private lot with a circle drive surrounded by towering pine trees. The cabin is also within 10 minutes of Beaver's Bend State Park & Broken Bow Lake
Broken Bow and Hochatown have well maintained roads.
The final half mile to the cabin is on a gravel road.
SUV's are recommended.

Guests will have access to the entire cabin which lies on a wooded acre lot
A Perfect Landing is located in the highly desirable area on the North side of Hochatown. The cabin is only minutes away from the restaurants and shops of Hochatown as well as Beavers Bend State Park and Broken Bow Lake.

Hochatown and Broken Bow have well maintained main highways which are easy to access.
Sunrise Ridge is a brand new development and the final few roads to reach the cabin are GRAVEL. Gravel roads include dust and rocks.

There are no steep hills or inclines to reach the cabin.

The cabin has a circle drive that will accommodate cars and trailers with boats, ATV's etc.

Anniversary Oasis

Absolutely loved our stay! Cabin was perfect size for the two of us and had all of the luxuries of home. It rained the majority of the time we were there but it didn’t bother us one bit as we were very content hanging in the hot tub watching tv on the porch. Highly recommend staying here for an anniversary or couples getaway. We will definitely be back! My only complaint would be there was no way to cover the windows on the doors in the living room which wouldn’t bother some, but we would have preferred there being a curtain to pull across them at night. Thank you so much for the hospitality!

Tucked away secret

My husband and I booked the cabin months ago when we were planning a birthday trip getaway for me. We have 2 young girls and haven’t had a trip just us since they were born. The cabin was just what we needed! Upon arrival, there had been a miscommunication with the homeowners and the cleaning staff but I was able to contact the owners directly and they promptly sent over a cleaning crew to tidy up. Luke and Melissa were so kind and apologetic. They even told us to go to supper and they’d reimburse our meal! Definitely not a necessity but such an impressive measure. They were so professional and easily able to be reached via phone, email or text. It was nice in today’s world to have someone go above and beyond for us! The cabin was decorated perfectly and was so cozy. There were small cut out QR codes placed throughout the cabin if there were any questions on how to work things. I thought that was a nice touch considering some may not know how to work the hot tub or coffee pot. The bed was SO comfortable. Seriously more comfortable than ours at home! The cabin was located in a neighborhood but separated by numerous trees so you felt tucked away but not secluded. The town was cute and quaint. Several activities for us to do and just enjoy each others company. One of my favorite parts was sitting on the back porch in the AM listening to the birds and the stillness. A nice getaway for busy parents! Definitely recommend. Thank you Luke and Melissa for your hospitality!

Broken bow in November 2023

The cabin was perfect for our anniversary trip for my husband and I. It is professionally designed and decorated, with attention given to the outdoor spaces. The king sized bed was comfortable and the satin sheets were a special touch. We used both fireplaces, the fire pit, and the hot tub everyday. The large wooded lots made it feel like you were still “in the woods” without the intrusion of neighbors. It was also located in a perfect location. Far enough off the main road to not hear traffic but close enough to everything. Hiking, golf, food, and activities were all a short drive away. This was the fanciest camping trip we have ever taken.

A perfect landing

This Vrbo was amazing we loved spending time on the back porch watching the deer. The hot tub was amazing! The bed was super comfortable too we enjoyed everything!

Whether it is greasing the jet on the runway or landing the perfect jump on a quarter inch steel blade onto smooth ice, the feeling is the same.... Surreal. We want our guests to have that same joyous feeling when they arrive at A Perfect Landing Cabin. Joy, happiness and peace. We did our best to pay attention to every detail to allow our guests to relax and unwind while soaking in the beauty of Broken Bow and Hochatown.
