This two-story home sits on the south shore of Brandy Pond, a 733-acre body of water that connects Sebago Lake to Long Lake. It's a great spot for windsurfing, parasailing, and fishing for landlocked salmon, brook trout, brown trout, smallmouth bass, and largemouth bass. Sebago Lake State Park - one of Maine's five original state parks - is only a mile away as well.
The property edges up to a small marina on the lakeshore, with big-sky views that are particularly lovely at sunrise and sunset. To help you take in the waterfront setting, there's a lake-facing patio with rocking chairs, a gas grill, a dining table, and a firepit for when the evenings turn cool.
Inside, find all the charms of a classic Maine lake house, from wood-paneled walls to a back wall of glass framing the marina and the lake beyond. The space by the windows is also your dining room, a wonderful spot for morning pancakes and evening board games by the gas fireplace. You'll have a well-equipped kitchen, a comfortable living room with a smart TV, a washer/dryer, and complimentary WiFi throughout the house as well.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the âDamage Waiverâ). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
