The Neighborhood:
Stroll through streets of bungalows and beautiful historic homes on your way to the Downtown Square. Walking/jogging trails are a short jog or drive away, as well.
The house is very close to I75 which is the corridor for almost anything you could want or need.
Allen Outlets and shopping are a 10 minute drive from the house.
There are many grocery options nearby including a Trader Joe’s, WinCo, and Walmart Marketplace.
Families can check out the nearby Heard Museum.
Getting Around:
The neighborhood is very walkable but you will need a car for mostly everything else.
Other Things to Note:
No smoking, please.
This property is kid friendly but please use caution on the decks as there is no railing.
I hire a professional spraying company for the yard. The spray dries within 30 minutes and is not harmful to pets or children. However, especially in the Summer, I recommend additional bug spray.
Interaction with Guests:
I work for an airline and will probably be flying during your stay. However, I am usually available by text (even in the air) with questions and have family very close by that can run by if something is needed.
