✔ Trash should be secured in trash cans only to avoid animals.

★ NO PETS ALLOWED ★
Although we love animals, our home is not suitable to accommodate your furry friends.

★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★
Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in a fee for Odor removal, Duct Cleaning, and furniture cleaning.

★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS ★
We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits.

★PARKING★
You'll have parking adjacent to the house. It is limited to 2 cars.

★Late Check Out★
As an option, we like to offer our guests the ability to late check out at 12:00 (an additional 90 mins) for $50. This does create more of a rush on our end with an extra cleaning team member, but again, we know that many people choose SC for a relaxing vacation spot and we want to do our part to keep you here as long as possible!

Please let us know the day before your checkout at the latest.

If you have time, we ask that you help out the cleaning team during your checkout, please start a load of dishes and laundry as well as take out any trash you have. This allows them to focus primarily on mopping and disinfecting for the next guest.
