Welcome to our clean, cozy home in North Charleston! Drive 10 minutes to Downtown Charleston, and 6 to 8 minutes to popular spots like Park Circle, Holy City Brewery and the North Charleston Coliseum. The Charleston International Airport is less than 10 minutes away, and drive 25 minutes to Folly Beach. Enjoy 2 excellent queen beds and a fully stocked kitchen. There is strong WiFi and a free washer and dryer. The backyard is large and the driveway can fit up to 3 cars. The area is working class, it is not fancy. Please read our "important items to note" below before booking!

Important items to note:
**Our home is in North Charleston in the neighborhood of Waylyn, which is urban, diverse and working class. While the neighborhood is changing, and there are other vacation rentals in the area because it is located so close to Downtown Charleston and Park Circle, it is not fancy, nor is it considered a "tourist" area. Many homes are being renovated, but there are still homes that are run down and/or not well kept. This is why our price is so much lower than what a similar house in a better area would cost. Please don't book if you are expecting a high-end area and are going to complain about the neighborhood!

**There is a TV into which you can plug your own device via the HDMI port, for example a Firestick or Roku. It is not a Smart TV and it does not have regular TV, cable, streaming devices, etc.

**The kitchen does not have a dishwasher. There is a drying rack, sponge and dish soap so guests can wash dishes by hand.

**The home has 890 square feet and is single-level. There are 2 small steps you need to climb outside to enter the home. Each of the bedrooms has a queen size bed with an excellent mattress. The kitchen is fully stocked with plenty of glassware, as well as pots, pans, etc. The bathroom has a shower with excellent water pressure. The home is professionally cleaned between each guest and we aim to leave it sparkling clean. There is a large yard, and the driveway is 100 feet long and can accommodate up to 3 cars. There is no room for RVs, buses, trailers, etc. There is an interior security system and prior to check-in we give you the code so you can use it if you would like.
