Private Updated Suite in heart of Downtown Dunedin

The FIRST BEDROOM, now known as the Zimmerman Room is named after the original owner. This room has a Queen size bed, updated private bath with Jacuzzi bathtub and shower.

All of the 4 master suites have their own private bath with Jacuzzi, Desk, small refrigerator, microwave, and high speed internet.

Walking distance to Pinellas Bike Trail, Ballpark, shops, marina and an assortment of restaurants and nightlife. Beaches within biking distance. Come visit Dunedin and stay awhile.

Guests have access to gourmet kitchen and laundry room. This is not an "open house" so if you plan to invite friends into the home, please let me know ahead of time so that I can inform other guests in the house.

I am local and will be on the property most days working out of the main house office but will out of the way unless needed.
