Private updated Suite in heart of Downtown Dunedin

The second bedroom, THE BOYD ROOM, has a KING size bed, updated private bath with Jacuzzi bathtub and shower.

All of the 4 master suites have their own private bath with Jacuzzi, small refrigerator, microwave, high speed internet with laundry room.

Walking distance to Pinellas Bike Trail, Ballpark, shops, marina and an assortment of restaurants and nightlife. Beaches are within biking distance. Come visit Dunedin and stay awhile!

Guest have a private personal room with a keyless lock.
Guests also have access to a fully stocked gourmet kitchen, living room, dining room and laundry room. Coffee maker and coffee provided. This is not an "open house" so if you plan to invite friends into the home, please let me know ahead of time so that I can inform other guests in the house.

I am local and will be on the property most days working out of the main house office but will out of the way unless needed.
