Sunrise Mountain Retreat-Summer Vacation with Hot Tub

Welcome to Sunrise Mountain Retreat! Come enjoy this beautiful 3 bedroom house with a breath taking view of the Arkansas Grand Canyon! We would love if you would enjoy our small part of the gorgeous Ozark mountains! This home is in a beautiful, secluded spot, with easy access for all weather conditions. Perfect for motorcyclists too. The highlight of this property is the full length back deck with a hot tub to enjoy the view of the Arkansas Grand Canyon and the amazing sunrises!

This home is somewhat beautiful, dated but has updated decor to make it a cozy and relaxing spot for all your vacation adventures! This home has a spacious living area including a fully stocked kitchen for all your cooking needs, including cookware, plates, silverware etc.. There is a coffee pot, filters, coffee beans and grinder, sugar and creamer. There is a propane grill (propane included) on the back deck as well as a propane (propane included) firepit. The sleeping arrangements include a master bedroom has a king sized bed, bedroom 2 has a full sized bed, bedroom 3 has full size bunk beds. There are 2 bathrooms, one is centrally located in the hall and the other one is off the master bedroom.
There is a hot tub on the back deck to relax after a day of hiking and exploring!
There is a washer and dryer in the house for guests' use.
The cabin is stocked with laundry detergent, diswashing and dishwasher detergent.

You will have access to the entire house aside from one locked closet for the cleaners' use.

A nice quiet spot that sits back off of scenic Hwy 7. There is another rental cabin not too far away through the woods on the neighboring property. During the winter months you can sometimes hear guests if they are outside but it’s not generally bothersome. You can also see/hear traffic on the road.

Due to the somewhat remote location, having your own vehicle will be a necessity.
Guests must start the dishwasher and start the laundry upon checkout.
