From the moment you enter this one bedroom apartment you will immediately start to relax and unwind. The open plan living space features an incredibly comfy couch perfectly positioned in front of the TV so that you can unwind after a long day of exploration. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you would need to cook your meals at home, however you may prefer visiting one of the many restaurants within the JLT building cluster. The apartment offers a luxurious oversized bed, fitted with Key Views signature linen which is so cosy and soft, it will be hard to get up in the morning. Once you have waken up, sit outside on your balcony with your morning coffee and plan your day ahead. The bathroom features Key Views fluffy towels and stocked with amenities.
The apartment does not benefit from daily housekeeping, however additional cleaning can be arranged for a fixed fee with 24 hours notice upon request. It is a self contained apartment, we provide you with a starter pack of toiletries, please note consumables such as cooking condiments, cleaning products, additional toiletries are not provided. There is high speed WiFi throughout the apartment with average speeds of 250mbps.

House rules include respecting the neighbours, furniture and no Parties whatsoever. Smoking allowed only on the outside terrace. Adherence to Dubai laws and regulations at all times.

This apartment is fully licensed with Dubai's Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM).

Please note the included cleaning fee is for the apartment to be cleaned after your stay. If you require additional cleaning during your stay, this can be arranged for an additional fee.
The refundable security deposit is 1,500 AED. (This does not apply to Airbnb and VRBO reservations)

The Deposit will be collected up to 72 hours before the check-in date. The deposit will be refunded 7-14 days after checkout, subject to a damage inspection of the property.

We require copies of all guests passports who are staying in the property (we require this in order to register your stay with Dubai Tourism (DTCM) and the building management).

A valid visa is also required as per the law of the UAE to stay in Dubai, if your visa is not valid then you will not be able to check in to your apartment.
