Located in the desirable Section 5 of Las Conchas, "Paraiso Del Mar", or "Paradise of the Sea" is the perfect way to describe this gorgeous beachfront home.  Enjoy the breathtaking views of the Sea of Cortez from both houses. This hacienda style vacation paradise consists of two ocean front homes and two casitas situated around an enchanting courtyard.  Enjoy breathtaking views of the Sea of Cortez from one of the four master suites, or relax in the courtyard to the peaceful sounds of the beautiful fountain.  

The newly remodeled front house has a fully stocked kitchen, dining table for six, plus a counter with four stools.  The great room has a large comfy sectional with 3 recliners for relaxing, and a wall mounted 75 inch TV.  

We are one of the few properties in Las Conchas to have invested in a generator.  In the event of an all too common power outage, our generator is activated and will supply power to the entire property.  You won't even know the power is out!  We invested in a generator powerful enough to supply power to all 4 structures, outdoor lighting, a band, DJ, etc.

Beach Front House (2 Bedrooms)

(Master Bedroom 1) One master bedroom has a king size bed, 55 inch wall mounted TV, private adjoining bathroom and its own sliding glass door that steps out to the ocean front terrace.  

(Master Bedroom 2) The second master bedroom has a king/queen bunk bed, a queen size sofa-sleeper, a 55 inch wall mounted TV, private adjoining bathroom and a sliding glass door that steps out to the ocean front terrace.

The Cortez Overlook (2 Bedrooms)
The newly remodeled Cortez Overlook House has a newly remodeled fully stocked kitchen and dining table for six.  The great room has a large leather sectional and 75 inch wall mounted TV. 

(Master Bedroom 3) The first master bedroom in this house has a king size bed, a 55 inch wall mounted TV, private adjoining bathroom and its own sliding glass door that steps out to the ocean view patio. 

(Master Bedroom 4)  The second master bedroom  in this house has a king/queen bunk bed, a queen size sofa-sleeper, a 55 inch wall mounted TV, private adjoining bathroom and a sliding glass door that opens to the ocean view patio.

Two casitas (1 Bedroom each)

Both casitas are situated between the front and back houses.

(1st Casita Bedroom) One Casita has a king size bed and queen/full bunk bed and an adjoining bathroom. It has a window view of the Sea of Cortez.

(2nd Casita Bedroom) The second casita has a king size bed and queen/full bunk bed and an adjoining bathroom. It has a window view of the courtyard and fountain. There is a 55 inch wall mounted TV for shared use in the casitas.

There is abundant space at Paraiso Del Mar, and the wall around the entire estate provides for privacy and security.  

There is an enormous sand bar on the beach in front allowing plenty of space for football, soccer, croquet, bocciball, corn hole, badminton, and golf(bring some old clubs).  This pristine rock-less part of the Sea of Cortez allows for swimming and lots of fun water activities!  We provide rafts, floats, boogie boards, two 2 person kayaks, life jackets, sand toys, beach chairs, and several types of umbrellas.  There is also a fire pit located just behind the sea wall, the perfect place to relax and create lasting memories.
