WeWelcome you to our completely renovated 1966 oasis hidden in a mature residential neighborhood. Our home has been completely remodeled and updated. We are located in a quiet North San Antonio suburb making us close to everything San Antonio. Our home is minutes away from major attractions such as Sea World, Six Flags Fiesta Texas, The San Antonio Zoo and also The Alamo. For our sports and music fans we are only 20 minutes from the AT&T Center.

Our single story home is approximately 1800 Sq. ft. feature five bedrooms and two bathrooms. We also have a fully stocked kitchen, nice size backyard and a cover back patio. Our home sleeps up to 14 guests and is the perfect relaxing location for families visiting San Antonio on vacation or business travelers looking for a home base to work out from. Our home offers hi speed internet via Wi-Fi. We also offer Sing TV and provide access to additional services such as Netflix and Hulu (must have own login and password for additional services).

Guest will have access to the entire house with exception of a closet or space which is used to store extra house inventory.

Our home offers driveway and street parking. There is no garage for this home.

We can be reached at any time via phone, text, or through the booking platform. We want you to have a great stay so if there is anything, we can do to help you accomplish that do not hesitate to ask. We will provide you will all our contact information prior to your arrival at our home. Thank you for allowing us to host your stay in San Antonio.

The best thing about our neighborhood is the location. Our neighborhood showcases the best of San Antonio, we offer a family friendly atmosphere in a quiet and serene environment. Yet we a close enough to the action that you can still go out and have a blast without the constant hustle and bustle of the city.

Being that we are in the suburban part of San Antonio a car is almost a must, but Uber, Lyft or a taxi are all viable options.

We charge an additional guest fee of $20 a person per night after 4 guests. This fee is calculated on the booking app and usually is shown as additional guest fee on the breakdown.

NO UNAUTHORIZED GUEST ALLOWED. A $200 fee will be assessed for EACH unauthorized guest.

We do ask that you remove your shoes while inside our home. We won't judge if you choose to bring your bunny house slippers. Your secrets safe with us and we appreciate you treating our home the same as you do your own.
We have implemented these few rules in order to protect our home and business. We ask that you read them carefully and keep in mind that you if have no intention of breaking any of them they actually won’t apply to you.

No Shoes in the house.

No Pets under any circumstances. Reservation will be canceled immediately.

No smoking or vaping inside the house! Smoking outside in the backyard or front porch is acceptable.

Zero tolerance for drugs or illegal activities of any kind. Reservation will be canceled immediately!

Quite hours are 10 PM – 8 AM. Please do not disturb our neighbors!

We do not offer late checkouts.

No additional guests can stay at property other than the amount listed on the reservation. Please make sure your guests count is accurate.
