We have NIOT been affected by Hurricane Ian. Note: Golf is NOT included with this lease, as GGCA is a private club. It will be a brand new home upon completion. We are seeking a SINGLE couple who are respectful of this newly completed home and pool that will remove shoes when in the home, take care of the hardwood floors and Carrera marble countertops. The master bedroom has a King size bed and glass doors to the pool with large master bath with Carrera tile flooring, huge walk in closet, double vanity sinks, walk-in shower and separate bath tub. On the opposite side of this home, the two guest bedrooms and guest bath may be isolated for privacy with a pocket door separating them from the rest of the home for privacy. Guest bedrooms feature extremely comfortable queen beds, new mattresses and linens, dressers and nightstands.
