Charmant appartement parisien de 45 M2, très lumineux car 3 fenêtres dans le salon donnent sur la place Pigalle. Il est tout proche de Montmartre et du fameux « moulin rouge ». La Place des Abbesses est à 150 m et comporte de nombreux restaurants très touristiques.
Cet appartement est composé d'une chambre avec un lit double « queen size », une salle de bain ainsi que des toilettes séparées, un séjour avec une cuisine américaine entièrement équipée (machine à laver séchante, lave linge, four électrique et à micro ondes, petit electro ménager (nespresso, bouilloire, grille pain).
Le linge de maison (draps et serviettes) est fourni ainsi qu’un sèche cheveux, un fer et une table à repasser.
L'appartement est situé au 3eme étage avec ascenseur. L’immeuble est sécurisé, 3 accès avec code (porte de la rue, sas vitré et ascenseur avec badge)
Il y un supermarché MONOPRIX en face sur la place, ainsi que des banques et de nombreux commerces et restaurants. Le métro le plus proche est Pigalle, en face sur la place mais également Place des Abesses.
