Welcome! My family and I are proud to call Stephenville home. We grew up here, moved away to the Dallas–Fort Worth area for many years, and recently found our way back. No matter where life took us, Stephenville was always "back home" in our hearts, and we're grateful to once again be part of this community that helped shape us.

Whether you're visiting Tarleton State University, attending a sporting event, in town for work, or simply passing through, our goal is to provide a clean, comfortable, and hassle-free stay.

While hosting is certainly a business, we believe hospitality is first and foremost about people. We have always felt called to serve others, and we strive to treat every guest with the same care, respect, and attention we would want for our own family while traveling. We believe that genuine hospitality, clear communication, and thoughtful details create experiences that guests remember long after their trip has ended.

We personally own and manage two properties and take great pride in maintaining them to a high standard. One final note: we will never ask for a 5-star review. Our goal is simply to provide a stay that deserves one. If something isn't meeting your expectations, we ask that you give us the opportunity to make it right during your stay. We take guest feedback seriously, and we're always looking for ways to improve. If we've fallen short, we'd much rather have the chance to address the issue than learn about it after you've returned home..

We chose this neighborhood because it offers one of the most unique locations in Stephenville. The home is just a short walk from Tarleton State University, making it an ideal place to stay for campus visits, sporting events, graduations, and family weekends.

Frey Street is also home to some of Stephenville's most recognizable and historic properties, giving the area a character and charm that is difficult to replicate. The neighborhood reflects the history of the community while remaining convenient to downtown restaurants, shopping, and local attractions.

What makes this home unique is the character and craftsmanship that are difficult to find in newer construction. Original hardwood floors, vintage glass doorknobs, and other classic details help preserve the charm and history of the property while still providing the comfort guests expect during their stay.

The home is thoughtfully furnished with comfort in mind, featuring quality mattresses, high-quality linens, and inviting living spaces designed for relaxation. We intentionally keep the décor clean and uncluttered, creating a space that feels comfortable, welcoming, and easy to settle into.

One of our favorite features is the front porch swing. Whether you're enjoying a quiet cup of coffee in the morning or unwinding with family and friends in the evening, it's a great place to slow down and enjoy the pace of small-town life.

Outside, guests benefit from ample off-street and street parking, making arrivals and departures convenient for families and groups. Combined with its location near Tarleton State University and the unique character of the home itself, we believe it offers an experience that is distinctly Stephenville.
