Dining and shopping is just a 5-minute walk from the condo to the Plaza de Pescador. The historic Plaza Mijares, art district, shops, groceries, and restaurants are all close and walking distance unlike other locations in the corridor! Cabo San Lucas and the airport are just 20 minutes away. A/C, Utilities, and fiber optic internet are included with all rental lengths! No other bills or extra fees! Guaranteed to be within short walking distance of the beach and shopping! Not isolated in the corridor.
This ground floor 2 bedroom, 2-bath condo is in a private gated community with security and located on the Vidanta golf course with fairway views just off the Paseo Malecón in the best location! You’ll find this complex clean, quiet, and safe with resort-like amenities. The villa is only steps from the huge, heated pool and Palapa which also has furniture for shade or sun along with bathrooms and showers, and public Wi-Fi. The whole property is nestled between the fairways, which will let you enjoy the lush landscaping of palms, cactus, mango trees, and even bananas on the property with views of the Sea of Cortez which is just a short 7-minute walk! One parking spot is available by the unit if you have a rental car. Entry to the villa itself is one of the few in the complex with a ramp so there are no stairs or steps to climb. The recently renovated condo is spacious at, 1150sq feet with over 150 square feet of private patio and fairway views of the Vidanta golf course. This unit is one of the few floor plans with the “Grande Master Bedroom” which boasts a king-size bed, large ensuite, private patio access, and includes a 55” Smart TV. The second bedroom has a queen bed. Both bedrooms have soft and plush “American Style” mattresses and large closets with built-ins for your belongings. Both the living area and bedrooms have separate air conditioning units so you can each adjust to your own comfort levels. The kitchen has all new appliances and is also provisioned for all your cooking and dining needs, and even a blender for your own margaritas! There is also the convenience of triple filtered purified drinking water in the kitchen, so you do not need to purchase bottled water. The main living room has a 60” Smart TV with internet access for the TV’s and Wi-Fi throughout the unit. Beach chairs, towels, beach umbrella, ice chest, and even a wagon are provided for your walk to the beach! The unit also has its own washer and dryer for doing your laundry. Unit is locally managed should you need a repair or have a problem that needs attention right away. You will find La Comer and Selecto Chedraui (super stores), McDonald's, Starbucks and more are all just a 10-minute walk or 2-minute drive for provisions. Walmart is a 9-minute drive if needed. You can also purchase day passes for Omnia day club and many other resorts which are all a 5-minute walk for pool access, or dine at any of their 5-star restaurants. The owners have traveled throughout Mexico and Baja and find this location to be the most ideal for the best of both worlds, and we believe you will agree! You'll have full use of the condo, the private patio, and the resort style pool. There is also a parking spot by the condo for your rental car if you have one.

The Fee for Lost Keys is $15 per set, $25 per remote, $25 per Gate Opener, and $15 per gate pass for car mirror. Dirty dishes is $15.
No Smoking or Drug Use on property. Damages will be billed to the guest and reported. Guests should dispose of the garbage in the trash cans.

It is a lovely well decorated home with all of amenities of home. Very comfortable and super clean. The pool area is well looked after and it's a good size. The hosts were great, any questions or problems, they were very quick to get back to us. I would highly recommend this place.

Perfect location, comfort and community!
Comfortable, cool and stocked with more amenities than we expected. Beds were comfortable, patio was cool for sitting outside. Friendly residents and visitors around the pool. Close to local beach.

Lots of sun
We loved our stay here. Pool was amazing. A little cold but nice. The condo is just as advertised. Very comfy. Need more pots though. We had to be very creative. My favorite thing is it is very safe in this area and we walked everywhere. We could walk to shopping, restaurants, ocean front. It was so accessible to everything. We would come back to this property.

Very friendly people staying there .
There was a beeping sound from an empty condo beside us . We never mentioned it tho .only downfall were the golf balls . Laying around the pool one went wizzing by hit inside the men’s washroom and bounced off the walls

Overall this stay was not what I hoped for
I would have rated this place a 4 or 5; however, we were locked out on the night of NYE. The door code stopped working and the host blamed us. After sleeping out on the patio furniture she remotely unlocked the door from her phone to let us in, the next morning. Later she reset the code since the old code stopped working. She also didn't apologize and didn't seem phased by us having to sleep outside the condo with no belongings. My recommendation is to just carry around the keys (& the garage door opener).The host did not explain the gated community. There is a garage door opener that opens the gate, which is needed for after-hours. There is supposed to be a code you can type in but that was never provided. The listing states there is 24/7 security, so I didn't realize this was necessary until we were out late. There is NOT 24/7 security, they are only around during the day's hours.Otherwise, the property was decent. The pool does close early around 4:30 ish and is only 3 feet in depth. But nice pool furniture and a large area to sit. Wi-Fi has some sort of filter because certain things won't load and I had to switch to mobile data to get it to load. Also had to re-login several times every single day. Netflix was blocked amongst other sites. The walls are quite thin and can hear all the neighbors. The bed is comfortable, but the pillows are not the best quality.Hopefully the host will mount a lock box with a spare key after this experience.

Caely was locked out for 3 hours on NYE. She stated in her email to us that she was watching fireworks on the beach until 12:30am, and then went back to the condo. We were asleep, & unbeknownst to us, there was a problem w/ the door code not working/door unlocking. When my husband got up at 3:30 am & saw the messages, he unlocked the door remotely from his phone immediately, AS WELL as replying & saying we were sorry, & had no idea what had happened. The information provided to us said that an incorrect code had been entered multiple times, thus freezing the lock (a preventative measure to prevent hacking from unwanted guests). We merely sent screenshots of this information to the guest & provided instructions for unlocking again, NEVER "blamed" her. We also stated that someone (since it was NYE) could've been intoxicated & tried opening the wrong condo, thus freezing the lock. Unbeknownst to us there was a software glitch w/ the lock w/ year rolling over, which company explained to us a week later. We were in contact w/ the company immediately, but had to wait for a reply (which we again explained). Also, ALL INFORMATION for additional codes (gates, etc) is provided in our extensive & thorough link/guide we provide ahead of time, so guests can review PRIOR to arrival. Finally, Caely called VRBO and lied to them, telling them we refused to refund the night (refund was indeed issued) & that we had been "completely unresponsive." Emails prove differently
