Residence #93-3 is a resort/ partial ocean view residence that is located above the incredible resort style pool/spa/gym area for the exclusive use of Hoolei Guests. It’s a very short and comfortable walk to this area as well as the incredible stroll through the gardens, ponds, and pools at the Grand Wailea to Wailea beach across the street while other units are located up a steep hill and are much more difficult to traverse.

Guests love Hoolei for its refined finishes, spacious living areas, in-residence elevators between the floors, and seamless transition between the indoor and outdoor living area through massive Fleetwood doors that disappear into the walls. The open-concept living is perfect for relaxing and entertaining while enjoying the central air conditioning in every room, Sonos surround sound systems and flat-screen Smart TVs. The master bedroom with its large ensuite bathroom (soaking tub, dual vanities, walk in shower) and walk-in closet lives on the ground floor with direct access out to the downstairs garden lanai.
