We’re a family of seven based in Charleston, NC, and we love sharing the joy of beach and mountain getaways with our kids and extended family.
Our family built Twin Landings in 1993, an oceanfront property with two 4-bedroom homes that can be rented separately or together for large groups. Over the years, we’ve hosted countless families and made lifelong memories.
We also manage Surf Landing (second row, Surf City, steps to the beach, restaurants, and shops).
Our newest property, Serenity Landing, is a 2-bedroom plus loft condo at the southern tip of Topsail Island. It features a community pool, easy beach access, and stunning views from sound to ocean.
Up in the mountains, Wolf Ridge in Murphy, NC is a chalet-style cabin with incredible Blue Ridge views. Wildlife sightings are frequent—we have seen deer, raccoons, and even a bear!
We also cohost other carefully curated homes in the area, partnering with wonderful owners to deliver the same seamless, memorable, and guest-focused experience you’ll enjoy at our own properties.

The house has THREE DECKS: 2 on the front with ocean & pier views, and a back deck, perfect for grilling and enjoying the sunset. Plus an outdoor hot/cold enclosed shower right outside the master bedroom slider!
🐶 We would love to host your dogs! We allow up to 2 well-trained dogs for a $150 (+tax) flat pet fee. (Sorry, no cats due to allergies.) Dogs are welcome on the beach in Surf City, and you will see many people dining outside with their dogs at the local restaurants.
CLEANING FEE INCLUDES ALL LINENS AND BEACH TOWELS! Your beds will be freshly made (with the exception of the top bunk in the bunk room, where clean sheets will be provided if you need them), and beach and bath towels provided. We also often hear how happy our guests are that we provide all the "extras." We stock the house with paper products, detergents, soaps, toiletries, etc, so that you don't have to run out to get every single little thing. But if you need something...the OG Surf City grocery store, the IGA, is just a few steps away.
