Dieses schöne Haus direkt am Meer bietet eine Wohnfläche von 2.500 Quadratmetern mit einem großen, großen Raum, fünf Schlafzimmern und drei Badezimmern. Vom Wohn-, Ess- und Küchenbereich genießen Sie den weiten Meerblick.

In der zweiten Etage befindet sich ein Hauptschlafzimmer (16 mal 33) mit einem Kingsize-Bett und einem Balkon zur Meerseite. Die erste Etage verfügt über das zweite Hauptschlafzimmer mit einem Queensize-Bett und einem eigenen Badezimmer. Im ersten Stock befinden sich drei weitere Schlafzimmer - eines mit einem Queensize-Bett, eines mit einem Doppelbett und eines mit zwei Etagenbetten. Das 3. Badezimmer befindet sich auf dieser Etage im Flur.

Eine voll ausgestattete Küche hat alle großen und kleinen Geräte - Mikrowelle, Elektroherd, großer Kühlschrank, Toaster, Toaster, Keurig-Kaffeemaschine, normale Kaffeemaschine, elektrischer Wasserkocher usw.

Es gibt drei große LED-Fernseher - einen im Wohnzimmer, einen im Hauptschlafzimmer im zweiten Stock und einen im Raum mit Bunkerbetten.

Das Haus hat einen eigenen Strandzugang und ist mehrere Häuser vom öffentlichen Zugang entfernt.

Das Haus ist absolut rauchfrei und tierfrei.

Family Spring Vacation

We loved our stay. Mei was very easy to communicate with and was always prompt in responding. The proximity to the bridge was awesome making it a very short drive on and off the island. The beach access could not be any closer to the house being that at high tide you can almost walk off the front porch into the water. This made it so awesome for the family as it would literally take about 1 minute to walk in and get a drink or sandwich and then back on the beach. Everything functioned as it should in the house and it was clean. We had a great vacation and will look at staying with Mei again.

Piece of Heaven on the Beach

Beautiful weather, loved that we were right on the beach. The main floor has been updated but the upper bathroom could use a facelift. But you couldn’t ask for a better view to wake up to.

Perfect Stay

We loved this home! The accommodations were very comfortable. We made a mistake with booking linens and the owner saved us and was beyond accommodating and gracious. Love the spot so much one of our guests rebooked it again for two weekends later.The deck is incredible. Big windows to appreciate the views -, really a lovely spot.

Great View of the Ocean

We enjoyed our stay. Kitchen is great and has everything needed to cook. At high tide, ocean literally comes up the the steps but with low tide, you have plenty of beach.The outside of the home is dated and needs cleaning but the inside is clean and well kept. We plan on staying again.The view is the best part of the rental. We spent most of our time in the rocking chairs just watching the birds and the dolphins and listening to the waves.

Great Stay!

Everything was wonderful, location was absolutely perfect. I had a question about the upstairs shower and the owner texted back within seconds, and the problem was resolved. Everything was exactly as described, no issues at all. Would stay here again next year if we could!

Perfect Family Week at the Beach

You can’t get more oceanfront than this house!! We loved sitting on the huge porch in the mornings and evenings. It’s perfect for a family as most everyone is on the same level. The living area, dining area, and kitchen are all attached which is a wonderful layout with children and the view of the ocean made cooking and cleaning more enjoyable!! We loved the house!!

Very relaxing

The house was VERY clean and well laid out. The beds were all very comfortable. Recent updates were very nice. It could use a couple more cosmetic updates, but nothing major. You can't possibly be closer to the water. At high tide, the water is almost to the bottom of the steps, so no long treks in the sand. The beach isn't crowded at all in the middle of the summer. The owner was very responsive to any questions or issues. Overall an excellent experience with this property!

Amazing Stay

Kicking off the summer with this ocean front stay-we loved the layout of the home. Kitchen had everything we needed and everything worked great. Mae was great/easy to work with and she even offered great information regarding the area and the real estate throughout the coastal area. This home easily accommodated our adult group of 6 and could have added a few more comfortably. Beds were comfy as well. Thanks Mae for a wonderful stay!

Perfect Vacation- Easter on the Beach!

Communication was great right from the start. We knew exactly what we needed and what to expect. Once we arrived the house exceeded all expectation and it was simply beautiful! Perfect location and Mia was the best! We had everything we needed and we were able to relax and feel like we were home. I would come back EVERY YEAR! the beach was right there, Kids hunted for sea shells and we went for long walks on what seemed like a private beach. Peaceful and every morning having coffee on the deck we watched the dolphins swim by they were only about 50 ft from the shore it was amazing! We had the full family there using all bedrooms and there was plenty of space for everyone. The only thing I can say would be sorry to the host my Grandkids loved looking at themselves in the long mirror in the Kitchen and I am sure they left Lots of finger prints behind. Cant wait to book this home again.

Beautiful Beach Stay

The beach house is great for a large family or group. Lots of indoor room with a beautiful view. Some of the kitchen appliances could stand an update but it was well stocked with cooking utensils. Overall a pleasant stay.

Beautiful oceanfront views throughout

Huge windows and strategic layout give this house an uncommonly complete feel of being right on the beach, not only outside but from the kitchen, the dining area, the living area, and from the huge, secluded top-floor master bedroom. Well-appointed throughout - a genuine pleasure.
