Convenient to town and skiing but more private and spacious than being right downtown, this 2 bedroom + loft, 2.5 bathroom spans four levels and feels like a 3 bedroom. Located on the free bus route, take the bus just a few stops to the base areas. Walkable to town in the summer and accessible to several trails throughout the neighborhood. This townhouse features a private garage, washer/dryer, gas outdoor BBQ grill and a wood burning fireplace.
The space:
This townhome is spread across 4 levels.
• Ground Level: Private one car garage plus room to park a second car in the shared driveway. Small entry with cubbies.
• Level 2: Queen bedroom with attached bathroom, double vanity, large closets and covered deck with futon for lounging in the shade. Full size washer/dryer in the hallway.
• Level 3: Main living area with large kitchen, dedicated dining area, living room with wood burning fireplace, half bathroom, covered front deck, back deck open to a shared yard space and private gas grill. Large windows provide charming wooded/mountain views and vaulted ceilings with skylights provide plenty of natural light.
• Level 4: King bedroom, loft area with two twin beds (has a door but is open to the living area below), shared full bathroom.
*Please note there is a full flight of stairs between each level*

• Quiet neighborhood
• Close to free bus route that continues to downtown and the base areas
• Small open park along the blue river located down the street. Great place for pups!

Parking Limit: 2 (private one car garage and room to park one car in the shared driveway) - Additional or oversized vehicles that are unable to fit must park at an overnight pay lot. More information can be found at BreckPark.

• The kitchen is fully stocked with all essentials. We also provide complimentary salt and pepper, coffee and tea, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, hand soap, dishwasher detergent, kitchen towels, and a sponge.
• The bathroom is fully stocked with necessities as well as hairdryers and full size hand soap/conditioner/shampoo/body wash. Laundry detergent is supplied for the washer and dryer.
• There is a pack n play crib available in this property. Pack n play sheets are not provided.
• Firewood and supplies are provided for the wood burning fireplace.

» This house is located at an elevation of approximately 9,600ft and is considered high altitude. We recommend visiting the CDC website for more information on traveling to high altitudes.
» There is no air conditioning and most properties in the area do not have it due to the mild summer weather and the fact that it cools down significantly at night.
» Summit County has strict Short Term Rental rules and regulations that must be followed. Please refer to the Good Neighbor Guidelines posted in the unit on what is required from renters.
» While we accept dogs, please be a respectful dog owner. It is expected that dog owners will clean up after their dogs, inside and outside. Fees may be incurred if extra cleaning is necessary. We do not allow any other pets other than dogs.
