Take a morning hike on the many neighborhood trails through the summer wildflowers, walk the short distance to the Aspen House for a quick workout and dip in the year round heated pool and hot tubs or buckle your snowshoes for a quiet walk in the winter light. For the rest of your day, you can hike out of the neighborhood to join the Gore Range Trail in this amazing Colorado wilderness or spend the day playing at the Lake House on private Lake Everest floating on your stand-up paddleboard, fishing or relaxing in one of the two oversized hot tubs. In the evening, fish for trout as you access your private stretch of the Blue River just a short drive away. Finish off the day back in your home grilling your steaks on the new grill while others relax on your quiet patio with the firepit or outdoor fireplace or enjoying the sunset from your gourmet kitchen as you prepare a wonderful meal with aromas that fill the home. Downstairs, the kids settle in for a movie in the media room next to their bunk room on the lower level. Finish off the evening with an after dinner drink in front of the warm living room fireplace or watching  a romantic movie. The heated garage allows parking for two cars and two more cars in the driveway.  This 3,430 sq ft home offers heated garage parking for 2 vehicles, . This home sleeps 10.  Built into the hillside adjacent to national forest and overlooking the valley below, with amazing mountain views from every window and private trails to explore all throughout the neighborhood, adventure is just a step away. The open-plan kitchen / living / dining area is great for relaxing by the fireplace while sharing conversation with friends and family. Venture out onto your private patio to take in fresh air and keep your eye out for bears, fox, and moose roaming the valley below. A true Rocky Mountain Experience!

Guests of Summit Sky Ranch Rentals have access to a variety of Summit Sky Ranch amenities including the private hiking trails, private fishing waters, the Aspen House, and our Lake House. The Aspen House amenities include: an outdoor heated pool, two hot tubs, a fitness center, a wellness room, a Ping-Pong table, a community gathering area with local tap beer and wine available, and an outdoor fire pit complete with roasting sticks. The Lake House amenities include a fire pit, two grills, and two hot tubs nestled right on the spring-fed Lake Everist, perfect for fishing, kayaking, and stand-up paddle boarding.

Friday 10am-6pm
Saturday 9am-11am
Sunday 5pm-7pm

Lake House visitation hours are currently:
7 days a week 7am-9pm

Outside of the amenities available to you at Summit Sky Ranch, you can also enjoy several top ski resorts a short distance away, cross-country skiing with free groomed trails, sledding, snowshoeing trails, ice skating, mountain biking trails, stand-up paddle boarding, kayaking, and sailing on Lake Dillon. There are also some fine shops and restaurants in Silverthorne, Frisco, Breckenridge, Keystone and Dillon waiting for you to explore.

We recommend a rental car, with AWD during the winter.

Our community is still a new and growing development so you may see construction traffic on occasion.

Please Note: Class B vans are not allowed in the community.

One dog is allowed with a non-refundable deposit of $150.00. Although we love dogs, there must be no trace of your pet inside or outside of the home or extra fees may apply.
Once we receive your reservation we will send you a vacation rental lease agreement via email. Please return within 24 hours to confirm your reservation.

Rental Agreement

This Rental Agreement (this “Agreement”) is made as of the reservation date listed on the Website (the “Date of this Agreement”), by and among Guest, Owner and SSR (as those terms are defined below).

Short Term Rental Agreement

This Short Term Rental Agreement (this “Agreement”) is made as of the reservation date listed on the Website (the “Date of this Agreement”), by and among Guest, Owner and SSR (as those terms are defined below).

Rectials

Owner (“Owner”) owns the home (the “Property”) located at the address listed on the short-term rental reservation website VRBO, HomeToGo, G Travel, or Airbnb (the “Reservation Website”).
Owner engaged Summit Sky Ranch Homeowners Association, Inc., a Colorado nonprofit corporation (“SSR”), to manage the Property and SSR has used the Reservation Website to rent the Property to potential guests.
Guest (“Guest”) made a reservation on the Reservation Website to occupy the Property for the period of days reserved on the Reservation Website and desires to enter into this Agreement with Owner and SSR, subject to the terms and conditions below.

Agreement

SSR rents the Property to Guest on behalf of Owner and Guest rents the Property from SSR on behalf of Owner, together with the nonexclusive access to and use of the amenities of Summit Sky Ranch, for use only as a residence, and subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. The term “Guest’s Occupants” as used in this Agreement refers to Guest’s invitees, licensees or guests.

1. Property Rules. In addition to all rules, terms and conditions described in this Agreement and on the Reservation Website, Guest and Guest’s Occupants will comply with the rules applicable the Property or provided to Guest at or prior to the Guest’s check-in date on the Reservation Website. The parties agree that no tenancy is created by the execution of this Agreement.
2. Rental Period
This Agreement shall commence on the Date of this Agreement and shall expire on the check-out date (“Check-out Date”) set forth on the Reservation Website at 10 a.m. (the “Check-out Time”), unless terminated at an earlier date in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement. Guest is required to check-in and check-out according to the procedures specific to the Property as provided on the Reservation Website.
Guest can request an early check-in/late check-out in advance. SSR may grant the request in its sole and absolute discretion. Entering and occupying the Property before the Check-In Time may result in additional charges and acceptance of the Property in its as-is condition. If Guest fails to follow the correct check-out procedures, SSR reserves the right to charge Guest additional fees to recover the cost from such failure, including one additional day of the Fee (defined in Section 4 below) plus all fees and taxes.
SSR will use commercially reasonable efforts to have the Property ready for occupancy by the Guest at Check-in Time.
Guest is responsible for the cost of replacement and for the costs of re-keying and/or replacement of locks in the event that any keys are lost, misplaced or not returned.
3. SSR Access to Property
SSR or SSR’s employees and agents shall have the right to enter the Property, during reasonable hours, to investigate disturbances, check occupancy, check for damage, to make such repairs, alterations or, at any time, in cases of emergencies, but SSR shall not unreasonably interfere with the quiet enjoyment of Guest and will provide to Guest advanced notice whenever possible.
4. Reservation Costs
Guest shall pay the rental fee (the “Fee”) and any security deposit amount (the “Security Deposit”) set forth and at the time designated on the Reservation Website to occupy the Property in accordance with the policies on the Reservation Website.
