This newly constructed 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo sleeps 6 with a king sized bed, queen bed, twin top bunk and a twin size sleeper sofa in the living area. It features hardwood radiant heat flooring, a private balcony with gorgeous views and sounds of the Blue River, private in-unit washer and dryer, and modern finishes throughout. The River West Condos offers a shared hot tub, fire pit's + benches, and walking path's along the Blue River. Guests can also quickly access to all of the shops, restaurants and conveniences of Silverthorne while still being close to everything else Summit County has to offer including Keystone, Breckenridge, Copper Mountain, Loveland, A Basin, and golf courses like Keystone River, Keystone Ranch, Breckenridge, Raven Golf Club and more.
The entryway has hooks and a storage closet for your convenience while coming and going throughout the day. The spacious living area features a unique gas fireplace, mounted Smart TV, ceiling fan, and huge windows allowing for great light and beautiful aspen and river views. The cozy furniture offers plenty of seating and the sofa pulls out into a twin-sized bed. Additional sheets and blankets are in the closet.
The luxury full-sized kitchen is equipped with quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a kitchen island. The kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home. The expandable dining table comfortably seats six or guests can cozy up to the breakfast bar. The private balcony is just off the kitchen and dining area and offers beautiful views and sounds of the Blue River as well as outdoor seating.
The spacious primary suite is just off the living area and features a king-sized bed, mounted smart TV, a walk-in closet and modern furnishings. The en suite bathroom has a double sink vanity with quartz countertops and a walk-in shower with a bench. The guest bedroom features a Queen-sized bed and a twin bunk above. The guest bathroom features a quartz countertop vanity and a shower/tub combination. Both bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries. The private washer and dryer are just outside the bedrooms.

We are guest oriented, and we offer the following when you rent with us: hassle-free check-in and keycard pick-up, a generous supply of towels and an initial supply of consumables for your stay. We are also in the resort and have the longest business hours of any management company.
VACATION RENTALS VS. HOTELS
Booking a vacation rental is like staying at the house of a friend. In this vacation rental you will experience significantly more space, privacy, or comforts that feel like home, including a kitchen and a location that is beyond what most hotels can offer. All this at a significantly lower cost than a hotel with comparable features. These benefits bring different considerations than a hotel. More privacy means that most guests do not want daily housekeeping. We offer a check-out clean and, for an added fee, mid-stay cleans. We also offer a starter supply of some consumables, including coffee, paper towels, toilet paper and more, but these items are not restocked during a stay. A kitchen allows you to make home-cooked meals. Guests will likely visit the store to purchase groceries. Self-sufficiency is key to a happy stay in a vacation rental. We do provide housekeeping and 24/7 maintenance, but this is primarily for properties in between stays. Our staff services vacation rentals across several square miles, unlike a hotel that manages a single building. We have to strike a balance between cost and service, and have found that our current system has struck this balance. Our hope is that our guests understand the difference between booking a hotel and a vacation rental. Together we can provide affordable vacation rentals and happy stays for everyone!
