A lovely home with a very short drive to the heart of downtown Camden, where you will enjoy fabulous restaurants, shops, and our picturesque waterfront. Just minutes to Megunitcook Lake where you can enjoy some nice swimming and directly across the street from Mt. Battie Carriage Road. Here you can experience a 2.4-mile out-and-back trail that is generally considered a moderately challenging route, it takes an average of 1 hour 17 min to complete. This is a popular trail for hiking and running.

When you first step into this home you’ll notice the open floor plan. The first floor offers a lovely kitchen, a high-top table with seating for 4 and a comfy living room where you can sit and talk about your day. The main bedroom is down the hall with a queen size bed and a full bathroom is off the hall. Off the living area you step down into a tv room which opens to a private deck. Here you can enjoy the fresh air and the starry nighttime sky while sipping cocktails and chatting with friends and family. You also have the option to enjoy the nice big firepit out back off the deck.
Upstairs you’ll find a loft with a small desk to work while you’re away. A bedroom with two twin beds allows for extra guests a place to sleep after a fun day of exploring.
There is off-street parking for up to 4 cars, and there is Wi-Fi throughout the house, in addition to a television with Roku so you can access your Netflix, Hulu, and other accounts. A washer and dryer is also available for your use.
