Plenty of room for all of your family and friends! This 5 bedroom 3 1/2 bathroom home can sleep up to 12 people with parking on the premises and a beautiful private outdoor space to enjoy a meal or drink!

The space
Arrive at our semicircular driveway with plenty of room for parking for the whole gang. Our A Frame Escape features five spacious bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms spread out over three floors.

On the main level, the open layout floorplan is perfect for large groups. The living room features a two-story stone surround fireplace and floor to ceiling windows with a 70” HDTV. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances and granite countertops so you can prepare meals in luxury. The large dining area table can sit up to 6-8 guests, with additional seating at the kitchen bar, so all members of your party can dine at the same time. Or, during the summer months, enjoy your meals on the dining tables on our factory lit deck.

Downstairs, the lower level features a massive living room with a 9 pc sectional, 2 large bean bags that convert into full size beds, and a 75” HDTV great for family movies or sporting events for all to gather. The lower level is ideal as a game room and kids hang-out area.

The bedrooms in this home are spacious and inviting. The master bedroom suite, located on the main level, features a queen bed with an attached master bathroom with dual sinks and a glass shower enclosure.

On the upper level, our Loft suite features a private space with a small living area and a plush queen bed, with room to spare. The Loft suite offers a full a glass shower closure with a rain flower shower head.

Our lower level features 3 bedrooms. Two bedrooms have a single queen bed and the third bedroom has two queen beds. There is a full bathroom located just across the hall.

Guest access
The home and deck area is entirely accessible to the guests for the entirety of their stay.

Amenities:

-This property features a starter set of supplies for guests which includes toilet paper, paper towels, dish detergent, & hand soap. If you are staying for an extended amount of time, we recommended purchasing additional supplies!

-The beds are fully made & ready for your arrival with freshly laundered linens.

-Visiting like a local means being neighborly. Please be respectful of the owner's home and considerate of the neighbors at all times.

Please Note: Ladybug Season in Knoxville, TN Fall and winter in Knoxville are known for being peak ladybug season. Even with bi-weekly, professionally maintained pest control and our cleaner preparing the home the night before each guest’s arrival, it’s still possible to see a few ladybugs inside—especially along window areas where they tend to gather for warmth.

Rest assured, this is a natural and seasonal occurrence in our region, and we do everything possible to minimize their presence while keeping the home clean and comfortable for your stay.
