Englewood FL Beach Villa - Walk to Beach!

Welcome to the Beach! Relax and unwind in your own private home! Our villa is located across the street from Englewood Beach, making it about a 3-minute walk to the Gulf sands. Nothing is overlooked for your comfort. It has two beds—a king and a queen—for a good night's sleep on comfortable recently purchased mattresses. Two full bathrooms. Swim in a heated pool, then walk to one of six restaurants for your next meal. Perfect for a fun Florida getaway!

The Space:

We are excited to offer you “The Beach House”! It’s better than a hotel with plenty of space and privacy for your stay. Much of it is brand new for your comfort.

Living Room – Couch, recliner, regular chair, TV with cable, desk, and chair.

Kitchen - Well-stocked with stainless steel cookware, a coffee maker, a Keurig, a crockpot, baking supplies, and plenty of place settings.

Eating Area – Comfortable seating for four with a buffet, wine glasses, and cocktail glasses.

Master bedroom - King bed, dressers, and TV.

Master bathroom - Walk-in shower, hair dryer, and essentials for a comfortable stay.

Guest Room - Queen bed, small dresser, and a closet with an iron and ironing board.

Guest Bathroom – Walk-in shower, hair dryer, and essentials for a comfortable stay.

Linen Closet has extra towels, beach towels, and some supplies you might have overlooked.

Lanai has glass sliding doors with full, adjustable shades, seating, and an attached laundry room equipped with a washer and dryer. Plenty of noodles for the pool and supplies for the beach – chairs, a beach tent, cart, sand scoopers, 2 boogie boards, and sand toys.

Outside shower area and Weber gas grill with barbecue tools.

Efficiently regulated air conditioning and heating.

Guest Access:

Front, lanai, and kitchen doors have Keyless Smart Locks with touchscreens. Guests are given a Personal Identification Number (PIN) during your stay to open and close any of the locks.

One car can park in the driveway. Any other cars must park by the pool area.

The Neighborhood:

Englewood Beach Condo Association is a community consisting of free-standing villas, a clubhouse, a heated pool, and a shuffleboard court.

Besides its wonderful beach, the Englewood Beach Area is known for its restaurants. The Lock N Key, The Sand Bar, Waverly’s, The Beachcomber, The White Elephant, and takeout pizza from Geraldi’s are all within a short walking distance.
