The space
Welcome to our completely renovated lake house, located on the west side of the scenic Lake of the Ozarks at the 8 mile-marker in South Buck Creek Cove, just outside Laurie, MO. Our modern design, with a hint of nostalgia, offers beautiful lake views from the open kitchen, dining, and living areas that flow out onto a spacious deck.

• Enjoy chilly evenings with the warmth of the gas stove in the living room, or cuddle up with loved ones in a comfortable space.
• The home boasts four bedrooms, two on the upper level with a walk-in shower, and two on the lower level with a bathroom featuring a 2-sink vanity and deep bathtub.
• The finished basement includes ample living space with built-in bunk beds and a laundry room with an extra fridge, perfect for family movie nights.
• Access to the lake is just steps away from the property, with three convenient options: from the deck, the downstairs door, or the side of the house/boat ramp.
• We provide rafts, towels, and life jackets for your convenience, but don't forget to bring your own tube and skis!
• Outdoor amenities include a fire pit and dining areas on the back deck, perfect for enjoying meals while taking in the beautiful views.

Guest access
Our lake house offers easy access and convenience for all guests. Here are some accessibility notes to help you plan your stay:

• There are 2 steps to enter the house from the carport.
• The main level includes bedrooms, kitchen/dining, and living room, with easy access to the main level deck.
• The main level bathroom features a walk-in shower.
• A sloped sidewalk from the carport leads to a boat ramp to avoid the few stairs on the sidewalk. Please be careful on the boat ramp as it can be steep and slick. A safer route is to walk on the grass. If you're bringing a boat and need to launch, Lake Shore Marina in Sunrise Beach is only 5 minutes from the dock by boat.
• By boat: Tap and Grill Brew Haus, Coconuts, Toad's, Shady Gators, Frankie & Louie's Marina with gas is a 10 min drive (and just across the cove by boat)

Important Dock & Boat Slip Update:
Guests with boats or jet skis can still use the dock's side for tying up, free of charge. Please note, that the boat on the property is private and not for guest use. Do not board or interact with it. The boat's owner may occasionally access the dock but this will not impact your stay.

• All guests must follow the posted dock rules and wear life jackets when boating or swimming.

• Each early check-in or late check-out fee is $25, depending on our calendar availability and is subject to approval of the host.

• There is no smoking allowed inside the properties, and we kindly ask our guests to respect the property and neighbors by keeping noise levels down after 10 pm.

• The property is located in a quiet residential area, and large gatherings or parties are not permitted.

• Linens, towels, and basic toiletries such as shampoo, soap, and toilet paper will be provided for all guests.

• The property has a 1-gigabit internet speed for fast streaming and remote work. However, please note that due to the remote location, occasional disruptions in service may occur.

• No unregistered guests for overnight stays or past 10 pm without explicit permission from the host.

• Primary renter must be at least 25.

• Bring your own firewood for the fire pit and own charcoal for the grill.

• Movie theater and bowling alley are just a 5-10 minute drive away for rainy days.
• Restaurants are also a 5-10 minute drive away.
• Grocery and hardware stores are just 10 minutes away by car.

• The dam is a 30-minute drive, and the state park with great hiking trails is 40 minutes away.
• We're located 2.5 hours from Kansas City and 3 hours from St. Louis.
• By boat, you can reach popular spots like Tap and Grill Brew Haus, Coconuts, Toad's, Shady Gators, Lake House 13, and Franky & Louie's.
• A marina with gas is just a 10-minute drive away, or a short trip across the cove by boat.
