The home has 2 living areas, providing abundant seating. The spacious open-concept living area invites you to unwind in style, featuring plush seating and a large flat-screen TV and the living room allows others to have a quiet relaxing conversation. 

Prepare delicious meals in the fully equipped kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and all the cookware and utensils you need. Dine indoors at the comfortable dining table or head outside to the spacious lanai to grill up your favorite for an unforgettable al fresco experience overlooking the water.

Retreat to one of three inviting bedrooms, each thoughtfully appointed for your comfort with TVs. The master suite boasts a luxurious king-size bed, walk-in closet, an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, and direct access to the outdoor lanai and pool. The second and third bedrooms feature comfortable queen-size beds and ample storage space for your belongings. Both bedrooms share the guest bathroom which is also accessible from the pool area. The guest bathroom has a shower/tub combo.

A initial starter set of paper towels, dish detergent, laundry detergent, trash bags, toiletries and toilet tissue are provided. Dependent on the length of stay and number of guests this may be sufficient for your stay.

Rental includes a $50.00 per week electric allowance. Additional electric usage will be charged at the end of stay at rate of $.17/kWh.

Dog may be permitted with approval, additional $100 non-refundable fee.

Guest must sign a Destinations In Paradise, LLC Rental Agreement, minimum age to book is 25
