Charmantes 1. 5 Schlafzimmer sonniges Erdgeschoss Apt. In einem neu renovierten, inhabergeführten Sandsteinhaus aus dem Jahr 1873 im Herzen von Carroll Gardens. Wunderschön renoviert in einem einfachen europäischen Stil in einem freundlichen, ruhigen Gebäude mit Wahrzeichen. Originalvorlage während der Wohnung. verleiht ihm einen besonderen Charme.

Einen Häuserblock von der Haltestelle Carroll Street F / G entfernt. Ein Block vom Park und Spielplatz. Sehr baby- / kinderfreundlich. Nur einen Block von der trendigen Smith Street und ihren preisgekrönten Restaurants, Bars und Boutiquen entfernt.

Carroll Gardens ist ein wunderbares Viertel in Brooklyn, in dem Sie von italienisch-amerikanischen Lebensmittelhändlern und Cafés inmitten internationaler Restaurants und Boutiquen verzaubert werden.

Schönes Apartment in ruhiger Umgebung

Schönes und sauberes Apartment für 3 Personen. Apartment ist bestens ausgestattet und befindet sich in einer ruhigen und sicheren Gegend von Brooklyn. Nur wenige Gehminuten von der Subway-Station entfernt, mit der man direkt nach Manhattan fahren kann (Linie F). In näherer Umgebung gibt es einige Restaurants, Bars, Cafe´s und Supermärkte. Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Würde diese Unterkunft jederzeit wieder wählen.

Great Neighborhood

Comfortable, very clean basement apartment in the Carroll Gardens area of Brooklyn. Close to many restaurants, park, weekend farmers market. Easy access to subway to get into Manhattan. We will definitely stay again when we're in the area!

Perfect in every way

One of the best places we’ve stayed. Description and photos accurate; a treat to have a real kitchen and washer-dryer. Apartment was very comfortable even in the NYC heat, neighborhood was new to us and we considered it a great find. Close to subway and some good restaurants. Hosts were very responsive. Only positives!

Comfortable and great location!

We visited our old neighborhood and stayed in this perfect apartment -- comfortable, everything we needed, super clean and a small patio to enjoy a sunny Saturday morning in Brooklyn. Just what we needed

A cozy basement apartment in the diverse, electric and historic Carroll Gardens neighborhood. It was central to all of the activities we ejoyed! I would definitely recommend, especially for a couple.

Great location

Lovely apartment only 2 blocks from the subway and a 35 min ride to Times Square. We loved how cool the place stayed despite 85-90 degree heat. Thanks for having coffee there for me. Nearby we enjoyed the restaurant Kittery and Mooseburger( (organic and vegetarian options plus good beer and wine).

Great location, clean, quiet, excellent neighborhood-most definitely recommend!

The good: Great location in a quiet neighborhood 1 1/2 blocks from the "F" train subway station that will take you pretty much anywhere. 1 block away from an area with some very good restaurants, bars, bagel shops and lite shopping. Easy access to Manhatten Island, the Brooklyn Bridge or pretty much everywhere else. The apartment was very clean, everything worked as it should. It is well stocked with dishes, linens, towels etc. The owner was very accommodating and provided solid tips on good neighborhood restaurants (of which there are several) The bad: Really nothing at all bad. The TV is very small (but then again-we didn't want to waste our vacation time watching TV anyway-so we never turned it on), It could use a better chair and the one twin bed is a bit on the hard side (but then again, I was so tired after touring all day, I slept like a rock on it anyway). Anyway, I highly recommend staying here if you want to visit NYC/Brooklyn. I would definitely stay here again.

Just perfect for our Christmas holiday!

This charming condo was perfect for four nights over Christmas. It was walking distance to my daughter’s condo as well as to the subway, stores, shops, Saturday farmers’ market, and church. It had everything we needed—as I said, it was just perfect!

Great location in a charming home

Our stay in this garden level apartment was perfect. The neighborhood has many fun restaurants and bars. The subway to/ from Manhattan was quick and easy. The apartment is warm and cozy and it was a great place to relax after a long day of walking throughout the city. After several visits to NYC , we enjoyed exploring Brooklyn and lower Manhattan for the first time. The Brooklyn Botanical Gardens were spectacular.

Wonderful!

Charming, modern, immaculate and welcoming! Beautifully renovated brownstone in a great neighborhood. Very well equipped kitchen, plenty of towels and blankets, and lovely backyard. Apartment is about three steps down from the street, but still very bright -- just like in the photos -- and quiet. Melissa, the host, is very responsive and accommodating. We really enjoyed our stay.

Cozy Family Apartment

We travelled to Brooklyn with our 10 year old daughter and this apartment was perfect for our stay. Super well located in the family-friendly neighbourhood of Carroll Gardens - close to the subway, shops and restaurants and half a block from a park and playground. Lots of strollers on the sidewalks - a sure sign of a family community. The apartment was clean and bright, and had everything we needed for our stay.

We had a lovely stay at Melissa s apartment everything was working and in a great neighorhood close to subway. Lovely back yard and patio which we sat on with our son and his lady friend before we went to Lobo cafe about 8blocks from apt.Great food a Tex Mex eatery.Lots of towels and linens. , especially lots of washcloths ,which you sometimes do not find at homeaways.Recoomend this apt. highly. Perfect

Perfect for us. Our daughter lives around the corner. We are familiar with the wonderful neighborhood. It is bursting with fun and activity during the day but quiet and calming at night. You get to see how it feels to live like a New Yorker. The apt is less than a block from the subway stop that will take you anywhere. The apt is is perfect. It is modern yet charming. It is clean and they provide anything you need. We did not cook because restaurants and coffee shops are just steps away. but the kitchen had anything you need even a dishwasher. The bed is very comfortable. Check in and check out was very easy.

A Wonderful Experience

Having traveled from the West Coast, we found the garden apartment at 290 Carroll Street a delightful and comfortable oasis for the week we were there. It is well designed, generously furnished, and has just about everything one needs for an extended stay. The bed was extremely comfortable and the kitchen accommodated real as opposed to vacation cooking. The location is ideal and Melissa was responsive and helpful. We can’t imagine a nicer place for grandparents on a visit! We’re already hoping for a return trip in the near future.
