We would like to clarify a few points mentioned in your review. As soon as we were informed about the condition of the couch, it was immediately replaced to ensure future guests have a more comfortable experience. Regarding the air conditioning, during your stay we detected that the system had frozen while trying to cool the property. This can happen when doors are frequently left open, causing the cold air to escape and forcing the AC system to overwork until it freezes. For this reason, we kindly recommend keeping the property closed while the AC is running to maintain proper cooling performance. We would also like to clarify that the additional early check-in fee helps cover the cost of sending extra staff to prepare the property several hours before the standard agreed check-in time of 4 PM. We always do our best to accommodate early arrivals whenever possible. Additionally, the pool area is fully fenced to provide privacy and comfort for our guests during their stay. We appreciate your suggestions regarding instructions, lighting, and outdoor setup, and we will certainly take them into consideration as we continue improving the property experience for future guests.
