✹An extensive remodel of this home was completed in 2021. Fresh paint, new appliances and countertops in the kitchen, updated master bathroom, new furniture and chic, beachy decor.
✹Located in the gated community of Emerald Waters Village, the complex provides 2 pools for guests and the deeded beach access is a short, 5-10 minute walk away.
✹This home is conveniently located with easy access to both Highway 98 (Emerald Coast Parkway) and Scenic Gulf Drive with many amazing restaurants, shopping, and entertainment within a mile.
✹This spacious, single family 3 BR/2 BA home is fully remodeled and features single level living! The living space is open with tall ceilings and lots of natural light.
✹The kitchen has new quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and is fully stocked with more than the basics (see below) so you can prepare home cooked meals!
✹The adjacent dining space is large with seating for 10. The living room has plenty of comfortable seating, a large SMART TV, and a gas fireplace.
✹The sleeping arrangements include three private bedrooms with sleeping in beds for TEN people.
✹Outside there is a screened in patio with room for cooking on the included gas grill, dining and relaxing and a fully fenced backyard that's perfect for kids and games!
✹A BRAND NEW, 4-PERSON HOT TUB was installed in October 2023.
✹The driveway has parking for 2 vehicles and a large front yard that opens up to a quiet cul de sac that is across the street from one of two community pools - plenty of space for children to safely play and explore within sight!
✹Last, I provide 4 beach cruisers/bikes (with helmets) for your group - perfect for cruising the wide sidewalks of Scenic Highway 98!

✹This home is located in the gated Emerald Waters Village community nestled between the beaches of the Gulf of Mexico and Scenic Gulf Drive and all the conveniences of the Emerald Coast Parkway/Highway 98. Situated on a quiet cul de sac and across the street from one of two community pools. This location offers plenty of space for children to safely play and explore within sight. The beach is a short 5 to 10 minute walk through the quiet community and then across Scenic Gulf Drive. This home is centrally located and provides easy access to beach front restaurants and activities/attractions on Highway 98.

✹ NO PARTIES OR LOUD MUSIC - Occupancy and noise limits are strongly enforced by local authorities and subject to fines.
✹ BOOKING GUEST MUST BE 25+ AND PRESENT DURING THE WHOLE STAY - In the event of a disturbance, local police will be called.
✹ COMMUNITY POOLS CLOSE AT DUSK YEAR ROUND
✹ Given the hot tub and bikes provided with this home, guests must sign e-sign a simple liability waiver prior to their arrival. Thank you for your understanding!
✹ CANCELLATION POLICY: One hundred percent (100%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued unless travel insurance has been purchased. In the event of a cancellation, the 4% Credit Card Processing Fee is NON-REFUNDABLE.
