Nice property and beautiful backyard. It was raining the days we were there, otherwise it would be perfect to have a cookout. Smooth communication! It would be nicer to have extra bathroom for a big party

Gorgeous House, Perfect Location

This property is immaculate, and the location is perfect for anything Naval Academy-related or any downtown Annapolis activities. A gate in the back fence lets you out onto the stadium parking lot. It's comfortable walking distance to the waterfront and the Academy. There's plenty of parking off the street. The air conditioning is effective, and the kitchen is well appointed. Plenty of linens and towels were stocked. ITrip was super easy to work with, and the staff were very available and attentive.

Great Girls Trip

We did a long weekend girls trip to Annapolis and this place was great! Just 10 minutes to town and super convenient location. We would definitely stay here again!

Great stay

This house is a great place for a large group of people to stay. Room to spread out and also gather, although dining was a little tight. Easy walk to downtown Annapolis. Enjoyed very much!

Great Stay!

We loved the location of this house. It was a great place for family to gather on parents weekend. Our Plebe got to relax outside. One suggestion when you have a fantastic outside living space is to make sure the grass is cut so guests can enjoy. We would definitely stay here again!

February 2023 Weekend

We enjoyed our stay very much - perfect location. Very comfortable beds, good towels, very clean house. We particularly enjoyed being able to walk outside the backyard gate and having access to a great walking path that goes around the football stadium.
