Welcome to our cozy, newly remodeled home, built in 1959 under the shade of a 300-year-old Live Oak Tree. We are a family-friendly, dog-friendly (upon approval) good-food-and-laughter-friendly home! We know you will enjoy having a great "home base" centrally located to explore the nearby islands, or the entire coast of Georgia.

Enjoy island hopping, restaurants and bars, golfing, fishing, boating, paddling, swimming, shopping, sightseeing, treasure hunting, and relaxing, with all sorts of activities at your fingertips (we love to recommend all of our favorites, so just ask!). Then come home and kick back with a game night or movie night on the big screen smart TV and modern electric fireplace.

3 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms. 1 King, 2 Queen Beds, and Baby Crib.

If cooking on vacation is your thing, like it is for us, you will love our newly renovated kitchen! Everything has been enhanced cleaned and sanitized.

If you're traveling with a baby or toddler we have a full size crib, pack-n-play, rocking chair, toys, good babysitters, and all sorts of the thousands of things that can make vacation rather tricky without! Save the space in your car or suitcase and let us know how we can help!

You will have full access to the entire home during your stay! Including laundry room. However, the garage is locked.

We are living only a couple doors down the street (staying in and renovating another home in the neighborhood) and able to help with any issues that may arise during your stay!

*There is a $75 non refundable pet fee. This does NOT apply towards any damages caused by the pet. (No cats please, because owner is highly allergic.) Minimum age requirement is 25.
