This cozy completely renovated Bungalow sits in the High Demand Vacation Area of the Historical District of New Smyrna Beach.

Leave your car parked the entire vacation and have a 5 minute walk to Canal Street and enjoy all the wonderful events, Car Shows, Breweries, Art Galleries, Festivals, Restaurants, Day Spa, Farmers Market, Live Music, Craft Shows.
Fish at the river or have a picnic in the park and listen to Live Music. Take an evening stroll down to the Intercostal and watch the boats sail in.
Or.... hop in your car for a beautiful 5 minute straight shot drive to the famous white sands of New Smyrna Beach and the ever popular Flagler Avenue with all that it has to offer!
