This is a great property. Very clean and well stocked with essentials. The house is beautiful and spacious. The hot tub works wonderfully after a full day of golf! Would highly recommend staying here. 10/10!

Spacious, well-appointed, spectacular views and convenient to local recreational attractions. Many different places to gather and have fun including hot tub looking into the mountains just beyond the property. Highly recommended for large group and family gatherings. Communication was excellent.

Spacious beautiful home with great amenities!

Can’t say enough positives about this home! It had plenty of space, was equipped with most everything we needed, great views, and perfect for our multigenerational family gathering! Will definitely try to stay here again!

Falcon’s Nest was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed for our group of 9 which included a 3 year old. The hot tub was relaxing and the view was amazing. We even had a moose in the backyard one morning as we enjoyed coffee on the deck. Highly recommend this property!

Great communication before and during our stay. Wonderful home. Very spacious with fireplaces in multiple rooms and the hot tub and view were great. Large Kitchen with multiple sinks. Hard to have more than two cars there unless snow is removed from side parking. Definitely look forward to coming back. Stevie

Family Ski Trip

What a great place for our family of 11. Plenty of space for everyone. Had everything we needed. So close to everywhere we wanted to ski!! Keystone, Arapahoe, Breck, and Copper. Well stocked and exactly as listed. Thank you for a great week!!

Great home for a large family trip

Fantastic location! Views for miles and an ideal base for family adventures. We gathered our adult family group for a few days of fly fishing and area tours. The central location allowed us to visit prime fly fishing areas from the Blue river valley to the Arkansas headwaters to the Colorado river to the many alpine lakes. This home has everything for comfort and luxury after a day of rugged exploration. From family meals to close proximity to fine dining, the location can't be beat.

Great house for 11 people.

This house is great, we love to cook and it was well equipped. The hot tub was relaxing after a day of skiing. Very roomy for multiple families. We had a family trip in February. skied Loveland with new skiers. It was fantastic. The house was perfect for all ages, very accessible to all mountains, National Park and flying into Denver.

Falcon Nest Home

The home was excellent! Plenty of room for our family of 10. All amenities were great! When we contacted the management about a leak they came and took care of it that same day. The only small cons were several light bulbs were out and some of the cookware could be updated. We loved our stay at Falcon's Nest and would highly recommend it!

Family vacation

This was the perfect house for our family. It allowed us to spread out but come together in living area and dinning. The stairs going down and up from main floor was a little issue for our little ones. We put up baby gate at each stairway and it worked perfectly. Would highly recommend this property for a large group!

Excellent house, as described in the listing! Perfect for several families

Great silverthorne house with plenty of space. The bedrooms are large with a lot of closet area. The hot tub has great views, and the pool table is a nice touch. Great kitchen! The downstairs TV has a large screen defect but the middle level TV is great. The back deck is excellent, as is the natural gas grill, and the individual decks on each of the master suites. Highly recommended!

Sizable, updated home with beautiful views

Our group of multi-generational family members enjoyed this house for several days. It is comfortable and updated with a very large deck with beautiful views. Everyone was comfortable with their own space. The large bedroom on the main floor for our elderly parents who didn't want to have to use stairs. Kitchen is well-appointed. House is in a beautiful neighborhood close to trailheads, a golf course and easy drives to Frisco, Breckenridege and Lake Dillon. Being in Silverthorne was convenient for ordering dinner to the house and having a Target nearby. Highly recommend for a group.

Wonderful time

We had the best time staying at this property! It was beyond our expectations and so beautiful! While we didn't end up needing every bedroom, there was a space for everyone! We even used the huge closet in the upstairs master bedroom as a room for our daughter. They had baby gates and booster seats... perfect for my kids who both have autism. I will say the only thing I wish I had known about ahead of time is the lack of air conditioning in the mountains! Ha! There were plenty of fans and a nice breeze but I imagine in the middle of summer it could get hot. I would recommend staying here again and even told a friend of mine they should make the trek for their big family vacation.

The property was exactly as advertised with lots of space to hang out, share meals, and enjoy the view. On our arrival, the house was well stocked with enough of the consumables such as paper towels, toilet paper, etc. to cover the whole weekend stay. The kitchen was fully equipped with all the cooking utensils, pots, plates, cups, etc. to support a large group of people with multiple fridges and dishwashers to help with meal prep and cleanup. There was a great guide for operating the electronics, and all the switches throughout the house were labeled. The pool and foosball tables were a big hit with the kids. Everyone enjoyed the sunset views from the back deck and hot tub.
