Welcome to the White Peacock! Whether you want a quiet retreat from the big city, a girls getaway, family friendly fun, guys fishing trip or a tranquil place to work this is place for all to enjoy.
Our home is situated directly on the lakefront with private pier, outdoor seating area, fire pit and grill. A place where you can bring your boat and enjoy Indiana's best Bass fishing or simply enjoy kayaking on serene Palestine Lake.
Enjoy this spacious and beautifully decorated 2400 sqft 3 bedroom 2.5 bath home in a forest like setting with 100 ft of lake front. A place to take in the fresh air, enjoy the beautiful garden, and of course the amazing view of the lake.

Main level:
The oversized living room with a cathedral ceiling and plenty of windows allow for an abundance of natural light. Two large comfortable couches in the living room area with 65" wide flat tv is big enough for the whole family to enjoy. This large open space leads into the kitchen and dinning room which are great for entertaining. The kitchen has plenty of utensils, dinnerware, and stainless steel appliances, plenty of cabinet space and a large pantry. The main level also has access to a powder room and large comfortable four seasons room. A lovely decorated three season room has a cozy seating area and dinning area where you can enjoy a relaxing morning coffee or a bottle of wine.

The Master bedroom has a king size bed and ensuite bathroom, walk in closet and a seating area for you to relax and enjoy before you start your day. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and access to a large balcony with a seating area. Perfect for taking in the sun or watching the stars at night. The third bedroom located on the lower level has a twin bed and bunk bed (twin and full beds) perfect for kids. Need more sleeping space. We offer two queen size air mattresses for up to 12 guest at an additional cost.

Lower level:
Need more space? Enter the lower level with a secondary family room. It includes a 50" wide flat screen tv, large and comfortable couch, wood burning stove, foosball table, board games, bar, full bathroom and laundry room. The sliding doors lead to the outdoor area. The outdoor patio is ideal for alfresco dining with table, gas grill and seating area.

Location:
The house is located in Mentone, Indiana. Mentone is a small town in Indiana’s Kosciusko County. It has about 1,000 residents. You get small town hospitality, plenty of corn and soy fields and of courses eggs. Mentone is a self-proclaimed "Egg Basket of the Midwest" for its commercial egg production. This area is a hidden gem. The home is centrally located too many other attractions such as golfing, winery, breweries, tons of other lakes, hiking trails, bike trails, full sport lakes, beach access (Winona Lake), ferry boat dinner cruise, dinning, shops, grocery stores (Warsaw) and so much more.
