This waterfront cottage is nestled in Orange City RV Resort. This quaint little community is beautifully kept, and provides an atmosphere that says Vacation! Our home has a lovely view of a pond with a fountain (sorry - no swimming or fishing allowed, but you can enjoy feeding the turtles from the neighborhood dock!). We are just a 4 minute walk to the community pool (heated in the winter!) and hot tub. Our guests will also have access to the workout facilities, playground, horseshoes and shuffleboard.

The community is safe with security staff present around the clock!
Our home is just a few minutes to the local springs, 30 minutes to Daytona Beach and 1 hour to Disney World and Universal Studios. Whether you want hiking, bike riding, great food & shopping, or exciting night life... you're looking at the right place!

High quality linens provided with every stay! This includes beach towels (located in the master closet).
We provide a starter pack of necessities like paper towel rolls, toilet paper, hand soaps, dish soap, kitchen sponge, basic condiments, basic spices, coffee, filters, creamer, shampoo, conditioner, shaving cream, hair spray, and tooth paste.

Other highlights include:
Free high speed WIFI, SmartTV, cable TV, assorted popular movies on DVD with DVD player, good assortment of games and cards, propane grill and fire pit (propane tank provided!!), corn hole, beach chairs (x2), beach umbrella, cooler, beach bag, and back pack for hiking. About the space,
This one bedroom home is very clean, perfect for family and friends to gather and play games, grill food, enjoy the scenic view or head out for the day and visit one of the many activities there are to do around town!

The bedroom has a queen sized bed with a very comfortable mattress, several soft pillows, and plenty of closet space. Our home also has a spacious, full bathroom with a tub and shower combination. The bathroom is accessible from the hallway.

The open floor plan puts the comfort of the living room right next to the fully stocked kitchen! Great space for sharing time with family and friends!

The living room has a brand new, very comfortable modern queen size sleeper sofa. Sheets and pillows are conveniently stored in the chaise lounge.

One of the favorite amenities of this property would be the back deck which is covered by a gazebo with a built-in mosquito net to keep out those unwanted pests as you enjoy the water view. There is plenty of comfortable seating and tables to enjoy an outdoor meal.

The home is only 10 minutes from Blue Springs which has swimming and tubing available and plenty of manatees that flock there in the winter! The Saint John’s river is just 15 minutes away where there are plenty of places to eat and water actives like fishing, boating, kayaking, and so much more.

If you want to take a short drive you can zip over to Daytona Beach and have toes in the ocean in 35 minutes or head over to Disney World & Universal Studios which is only an hour away! There is so much to do here in this cozy waterfront cottage!
