We have configured Roscommon Cabin as a one bedroom able to accommodate a maximum of TWO (2) guests ONLY. The bedroom is outfitted with a King size bed and picturesque view. Additional bedrooms are available please inquire for pricing or for our 3 bedroom listing link. This cabin can also be rented as a 3 bedroom/3 bathroom. When rented as the 1 bedroom, we lock off 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms. The home is entirely yours during your stay, regardless of how it is rented.
The beautiful nature of Chattahoochee National Forest is brought inside, an inspired aesthetic inspired by natural hues and materials pervades the entire cabin. Windows reveal the mountains beyond, and warm pocket lights peek from the pine ceilings to create an effortlessly cozy ambiance. The kitchen is fully equipped to prepare meals, complete with a dining table and a breakfast bar.
Prepare to get comfortable on the outdoor sofa with overstuffed cushions. With plenty of room to dine or beverage alfresco!...
Wake up to picturesque views of the forest with all the comforts of home. Experience nature dominated by tasteful beams, cozy furniture and oversized windows blending elegance and comfort. Our wraparound deck is perfect for lounging and enjoying the scenery; rain or shine.
Inside a gas fireplace in the great room. Outside, A gas grill on the upper deck enables the ideal BBQ, a Hot Tub located on the lower level (accessible by outside stairs only) provides relaxation after a day on the trails.
The road in the neighborhood is a single lane, paved road. It can be steep at points. Guest and residents going downhill have the right of way. If you come across another car, pull over to one of the paved shoulders or the closest driveway to let them pass. You may have to back up. Please note this road is narrow. Stay on the pavement. Please remember you are in the mountains. The speed limit is 17 mph. We have a paved semi-circle driveway, that can hold roughly 6 cars. All cars must stay on the paved driveway. No street parking is allowed, as this is a single lane road neighborhood. The HOA will tow street parked cars at the owners expense. Please keep all cars in the driveway and off pebbles in the yard.
No animals allowed. If an animal is discovered your reservation will be canceled with no refunds.
Being a true log cabin, you may experience some creaking during your stay. This is completely normal as the temperatures inside/outside cause the logs to expand and contract.
