Cottage is very clean, comfortable & in a good location. It is only about a 10 minute drive to downtown Dahlonega & Wolf Mountain winery. The owners are very attentive & even replaced the drip coffee pot at one point when we messaged wasn’t working right during our stay. We went to a wedding at White Oak Winery had a fun 3 day weekend in Dahlonega area.

Located just minutes from Dahlonega. With paved roads and easy access Cottage on the Hill is the perfect location for you to spend your getaway seeing all that North Georgia has to offer. Pulling into the driveway the first thing you will notice is the 🧘 peacefulness upon arriving. You will hear the 🐿️ squirrels playing and the birds chirping as they rest in the🌲 trees surrounding Cottage on the Hill. You will be greeted with a private hot tub that is perfect resting spot to enjoy.

Perfect spot to relax and enjoy the area. The Cottage is beautiful and in a great location in the woods. Has everything you need. The host was very attentive to our needs and truly deserves the Premier Host designation, even dropping off extra toilet paper and a gas canister during our stay. We were impressed with the quality of the kitchen dishes and utensils, as well as the thoughtful bathroom supplies provided.We especially enjoyed watching the fat squirrels hanging by one foot trying to get all the bird feed! It was also such a treat to see the mountain bluebirds nesting with babies in the birdhouse on the front porch.This is a charming little cottage that’s perfect for a couple looking for a relaxing getaway. Expensive sheets, soft &fluffy towels, flip flops, beach towels and bath robes for the hot tub, little flashlights on the bedside tables along with multi charge ports on each side of the bed, a VERY well stocked kitchen with nice quality kitchen appliances and tools. A keurig and a coffee pot along with delicious- high end coffee grounds provided. I believe the hosts also have a mosquito protection service because I usually get eaten alive but had zero bug bites after sitting in the hot tub two nights. The hot tub was very clean, and a very nice size with comfy seats. A wonderful couch and nice tv for relaxing. The cottage is spotless and decorated perfectly. A perfect place for a couple- just top notch!
