Very nice condo overlooking Table Rock Lake. My husband loved running the hills then sitting on the back patio to cool off. The beds were very comfortable. Hosts were very quick with responses, very accommodating, They made sure our stay was comfortable, HIGHLY recommend!

We had such a lovely time at this lakefront condo in Branson on our girls trip. The view of the water was so peaceful and made it easy to relax and just enjoy being together.To be located on the lake, it is surprisingly centrally located to everything we wanted to do from shows, shopping, Silver Dollar City and restaurants. No more than 15-20 minutes or less of driving time. The condo is beautifully decorated—warm, comfortable, and had everything we needed. It really felt like a home away from home. The beds were comfortable with nice linens; bathrooms and kitchen were stalked with soap/shampoo and paper goods; great assortment of cookware, small appliances such as coffee maker, air fryer, soda maker, dinnerware, utensils and other kitchen items. We loved the sunroom for playing games and watching sunsets on the lake. Nicely furnished patio with lake view. Our hosts were gracious and so helpful from booking through our stay, which made everything feel seamless.We’d happily come back again!

Below is what I sent the hosts/owners as we checked out. I told them that I wouldn’t post the review publicly (thinking they would respond) - but I wanted to make them aware so that they could address this for the next guests / it’s almost a week later and they haven’t responded to me…not to apologize or anything…or even at least acknowledge that they received this…so this is why we posted this. We found several spiders here. HUGE spiders. I have a picture of one....The first one was hanging down from the window in the sunroom, it was seemingly pregnant. We killed it but couldn't reach it to retrieve the rest of it from the window...it was huge. Then we saw another one, in the sunroom that kept us out of there most of the trip...although, that is where I would have spent all of my time. Then, I went to get some clothes off of the bathroom floor, (this one I have a picture of), and there was another huge spider under my clothes. We saw several spider webs in the home...this did impede on our ability to rest and relax and kept us tense and scared that we were going to see another spider...which we often did. We have used VRBO often, and NEVER dealt with this many spiders, and we have been in even more remote places and cabins before. Again, everything else was absolutely beautiful, no complaint, and when we first got here, we thought we had found a place that we could come back to again, however, after the experience with the spiders - we would have to rethink that.

When we learned of your experience, our housekeeper inspected the property immediately after your checkout and found no spiders. As with any home, the occasional insect or spider can find its way inside — something we work hard to minimize. We were sorry not to hear from you during your stay, as we would have gladly sent someone over to address your concerns right away. We also want to be transparent that a late checkout request was made and declined due to an incoming reservation — a standard operational decision made for all guests equally. We wish you had reached out so we could have made things right in the moment, and we hope future guests will see from our track record that we are committed to a comfortable, clean, and welcoming stay.

Wonderful hosts!

The owners were extremely responsive, the condo was clean, the view was lovely, and the accommodations fresh and “current.”Spending time in the sunroom was the highlight of our time there. Hubby brought our binoculars so we could watch the eagles, ducks, and enjoy the beautiful sunsets. It was blissful! We hope to go back soon!

Beautiful place! Gorgeous views!

This place has beautiful views and is extremely clean! It’s so homey, cozy and spacious! We would of loved to have stayed longer! We definitely would come back! The hosts have thought of everything. The housekeeper they have is Amazing! You need to stay there.

Very Comfortable Stay

This unit was lovely from start to finish. The owners were very helpful and responsive. The condo itself was ideal for my mobility-challenged mother-in-law. This was her first trip in 3 years and she immediately loved the floorplan and ease to get in and out of the building. Plus the view from the sunroom is fantastic! Highly recommended and hope to return myself.

Beautiful place to stay!

My husband & I decided last minute to get out of town to Celebrate our 10th Anniversary! I saw this place on VRBO & instantly loved it! We enjoyed our time & all the beauty of this condo & especially our view of TRL. I highly recommend it! It is quiet, comfortable, & roomy. We will definitely book here again. Branson has so much to offer, but this place we stayed was such a nice place to stay in & relax also!

Branson - Great Location

The condo was just perfect for us. Handicap accessible and close to everything. The view of the lake from the sunroom was fabulous especially with the trees in full fall color. Would definitely stay her again!

Perfect!

Everything about the condo was perfect: Pristine, beautiful, open, bright, fabulous view of the lake - I could go on and on. Our hosts were immediately responsive to our needs and questions. Although there were only two of us, we counted possible sleeping spaces and figured that a combination of 12 or 13 adults and children could occupy the home. There are two full bathrooms, four TV's and lots of room. Also, the price for rental was very reasonable. We loved everything about this space.

This is a ground level unit but has unobstructed views of Table Rock Lake. Not many condos are designed that way. You are less than a 10 minute drive from almost everything that Branson has to offer.
