What a beautiful cabin! Very spacious, clean and cozy. Nice back patio and back yard area with lots of games/activities while woods provided nice privacy. We will definitely be back

Perfect Stay

We had an amazing time! Cabin was stocked with everything we needed. Every detail was well thought out. It was the best cabin we have stayed at and we visit Broken Bow every year! Would definitely stay here again.

We had a terrific stay! Everything was perfect! The cabin was very nice with lots of room for our family. The manager was responsive on any questions. We loved it and would definitely stay there again!

Spectacular cabin

Great spot!

This property was by far the best value in the area. We were a large group, and this gave us plenty to keep all ages busy. From the swing set for the youngest to the game room for the teens and the fireplaces, fire pit and hot tub for the older crowd, this place has it all. Overall a comfortable, well-appointed property.

Awesome Time

Our family had a wonderful time. The place was beautiful and amazing. We had all ages and everyone had fun. Jared was easy to work with and made the process go so smoothly. A great place to stay with family or with friends. Loved the big chair with coffee cup. Lots of great pictures

Wonderful Property

Beautiful property! They have the best equipped kitchen of any I have stayed at. It was very clean, plenty of supplies, great location & a lot of games to keep us entertained. We had a herd of Doe deer that visited every morning & evening. One evening we had a raccoon come to the back of the gavel when we were sitting around the fire ring. You can not go wrong booking this property! We highly recommend it.

This was an excellent stay for a magical event. The house was in the path of totality and the host made sure the house was comfortable and clean. Everything was excellent. There was only minor things. The first is the absolutely horrible road into the neighborhood. There appears to be more craters than road! Really rough drive. This is absolutely no fault of the owner! I am guessing that with the boom in construction around the area the heavy trucks are wrecking everything. Just drive really slowly and pay attention and you'll make it in one piece. The only real recommendation is add a few essentials ingredients to the kitchen. Flower, sugar, plastic wrap, etc. Would be nice to have them instead of making drive though the crater filled road again to go buy. Thank for a great stay. The last

The best experience I’ve ever had!

Morning Roast is an amazing cabin! The hosts (especially Jared) were amazing and responsive! We were 3 families with 6 adults and 6 kids. The cabin was huge, amazingly appointed with high end finishes (like frameless showers, stand alone tubs, amazing light fixtures, we all said it was better than our own houses) and super clean! Everything you could think of that a guest would need was already there and presented in such a welcoming way! We brought things that we didn’t realize would already be there. Even make-up remover was there. This was like staying in a luxury hotel. The back yard was awesome with so many activities! There was a game room with ping pong table, arcade game, air hockey. We had 6 kids 8 years and under and we didn’t hear a single “I’m bored”. The fire pit is so safe and secure! There was kindling, chopped logs and there was a liquid fire starter. Being a big music guy, the Sonos music system was such a nice surprise. The kids loved hearing their favorite kidzbop album while being in the hot tub. Being called Morning Roast, the high end Keurig machine as well as drip coffee maker was utilized all the time. The PDF booklet provided by the hosts was so well organized and helpful. We have already talked about when we are coming back. I’ve stayed in many short term rentals and this was by far the best I’ve ever stayed at. We actually took notes on the finishes to possibly apply to our house. I swear that I was not paid to write this!

All felt it was an exceptional experience. Host quick to answer questions, first class appliances and kitchen items, little touches like quality toilet paper and paper towels, convenient and extensive seating options on porch with fireplace and TV. Overall, most impressive for a rental.

Jared and I have been married for 12 years. We have three amazing children, Maddox 8, and 4 year old twins, Easton and Adelyn. We visited Broken Bow in early 2020 and fell in love with the area. So much that we decided to build our own cabin and share it with you, our guests!

There is much to do in this beautiful town nestled in the Ouachita Forest. From hiking, fishing, kayaking and off-roading trails.
