🌿 Property Guidelines & Guest Information

We’re thrilled to welcome you to Let’s Get Toasted! and want your stay to be as relaxing and stress-free as possible. To ensure a great experience for everyone, please take a moment to review these simple, friendly guidelines.

🧍‍♀️ Occupancy

Our cabin comfortably accommodates up to 20 guests (adults + children). Staying within this limit helps us maintain comfort, safety, and the peaceful environment that makes the cabin special.

💳 Security Deposit

A $700 refundable security hold will be placed on your card during your stay. It’s automatically released within two days of departure—assuming everything is left in good condition.
This is a standard, secure authorization (not a charge) processed through our trusted, Airbnb-approved management system. We completely understand that small accidents happen and handle every case with fairness and care.

If your booking is made more than two days before arrival, the system will perform a temporary “test hold” to verify your payment method. The official hold is then applied two days prior to check-in and released shortly after check-out.

📝 Rental Agreement & Verification

To comply with local regulations and protect all guests, we’ll ask you to sign a short rental agreement and upload a valid photo ID before arrival. This is a quick, secure process.

🎥 Safety & Security

For your safety and peace of mind, two exterior security cameras monitor activity—one above the main entrance facing the driveway, and one at the rear entrance. These cameras record motion-activated video and sound 24/7. There are no interior cameras, ensuring your complete privacy inside the cabin.

To maintain the tranquil, family-friendly atmosphere of our community:

No pets

No smoking or vaping indoors

No fireworks or open flames beyond the firepit

No parties or loud music after 10:30 PM

If you’d like to host a small gathering, please let us know in advance—some events may require an additional fee or prior approval.

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Age & Responsibility

Guests must be 25 years or older to reserve, and the primary renter must stay at the property for the entire visit.

🌐 Rural Setting & Internet

Hochatown is a peaceful, forested area! While our cabin includes high-speed Wi-Fi, occasional rural outages can occur. We’ll always do our best to help if they do.

🧺 Amenities & Starter Supplies

Every stay includes:
Paper towels, toilet paper, bath soap, trash bags, dishwasher and laundry pods, dish soap, coffee, filters, salt & pepper.
The cabin is equipped with a full kitchen, washer/dryer, fresh towels, and premium linens for your convenience.

🔥 Hot Tub, Grill & Fireplace

The hot tub is drained, cleaned, and sanitized after every guest. It may take a few hours to fully heat—keep the cover on for faster warming.

Propane is provided for the outdoor grill; please clean the tray after use.

The fireplace operates October 1 – April 1 and rests during warmer months.

🌻 Nature Notes

Our cabins are nestled in the woods—so nature occasionally says hello!

During late fall and early spring, you may notice a few friendly wasps basking on sunny rooftops. They’re harmless but curious. Please keep doors and windows closed; a can of wasp spray is under the kitchen sink (just avoid spraying near furniture).

Burn bans may be enforced by the Oklahoma Forestry Service. Always check current restrictions before using the outdoor firepit to avoid fines.
